Food was gross. Service was mediocre at best. Bill was incorrect, also happened last time we were heee. Everything was cold and we came at 4:45 on a Saturday. Meet was chewy and what is most disappointing is that if you’re trying to serve people old food that’s been sitting out at least bother to make it take more than 5 minutes from the time you order it AND HEAT IT UP ?

I love Texadelphia, but something about this location has really gone downhill. Every time I order some thing it’s wrong. I typically get the chicken pizza steak and no onions. It’ll have onions or I’ll be missing the mozzarella or the ranch or it’ll be beef. This time, it has American cheese for some reason, please work on getting things right before I stop coming here.

What happened to this place? It used to be one of my favorite places for Philly cheese steaks. Came in on my lunch break, late lunch 3pm. Ordered the Texican. Food came out like in 4 minutes I was like that's weird. Come to realize the steak meat is already cooked and sitting a semi warm container. What?!? No more waffle fries? It seems they have changed a part of their menu that helped make them great! My family had moved far away from any Texadelphia, so we were pretty excited to get back into a big city that actually had one. So many locations have closed which makes them hard to find. When we got there, our server was amazing but unfortunately they had decided to suspend using waffle fries and substituted crinkle fries with queso. What?!? IMO...HUGE mistake! All the customers we spoke with complained about it. The crinkle fries were thick and bland. Horrible! If they don't bring back the waffle fries, which is why we went there, then my family and I will likely not return. So sad to see Texadelphia "evolve" themselves out of a signature flavor and long standing customers. Smh

Came here, not knowing what to expect. The chicken Philly cheesesteak was solid overall and the highlight was the cheesesteak fries. Overall a 3.8 rating. Minus one star because their service was really slow all three times we visited.

A total waste of my money! This was the worst cheesesteak I have ever had! Meat did not have any flavor at all...didn't taste any seasoning just plain old cooked meat. I doctored it up with some salsa and cheese from their chips and cheddar cheese which hardened shortly after I opened it up - though the sandwich had provolone cheese. I ended up throwing what was left in this picture in the trash!

Haven't been in a couple of months. Now under new ownership with new menu. Portions are smaller and more expensive. Worst of all, cheesesteaks are now closer to roast beef debris than the Texadelphia of 20 years ago. Hard pass. This place will not survive.

I use to love this place but we went yesterday and I was disappointed. I will start by saying the chips and queso were really good!! Beyond that not so great. The fried chicken wrap was sitting in a puddle of grease, my Philly had no onions, they said the onions were on it, (unless they are so finely chopped that you can’t see them) ??♀️ and I had to send my sons kid’s burger back because it was super red inside, thank goodness I cut it in half first.
