highly recommended. amazing coffee and great refreshers!
Such a cute place in Houston’s Chinatown! My husband, son and I visited after lunch while searching for a dessert shop and found this lovely spot, beautifully decorated and welcoming. I had the lychee bubble tea, and my son enjoyed a matcha latte with the passion fruit pastry. Everything was fresh and tasty. Definitely a family-friendly place to bring the kids or hang out with friends. It feels like a relaxing atmosphere for good conversation while enjoying different and delicious Asian treats in the heart of Chinatown.
Absolute best customer service. Shakerato was amazing!
I found this place looking for Black Sesame coffee. This is my go-to place for it! The customer attention and the pride of their menu is evident by how they packed my treat. Watch video!
Highly recommended!!!!!!
Nice store, but the waiting was too long. I was waiting more than 15 minutes for black sesame matcha.
I love this place, love their decorations! Staff is friendly, they’re also have banh mi que, and dessert.
Beautiful decoration you can feel you go back in time of the French colonial time in Vietnam. I would give them 5 stars if the improve on their drink. Peach tea too sweet and sour did not feel the peach at all. Still highly recommend
I stopped earlier this week, when the shop was really busy, and I noticed there was only one staff member working. Even though the shop was super busy, he stayed super attentive and kind to everyone. I did have to wait a little, but honestly the service and the quality of my drink made it worth it. He also gave me a steamed bun and apologized for the long wait. My coffee came out perfect, and the stemed bun was delicious definitely one of my favorites here in Houston.I also really appreciated the effort. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Houston!
It was our first time visiting this place, but the experience was a bit disappointing. We had to wait
a long time for our drinks, even though the place wasn’t very busy. The drinks themselves were just average, nothing special. If you have time, you can wait, but I will not be coming back there.
The food and 🍸 🧉 is good but nt the price...

It was alright. The cakes definitely looked better than they tasted. Not terrible, but nothing special either. The espresso shakes were interesting, though my girl didn’t really enjoy hers. I tried the strawberry one…it was decent, just a little odd with the espresso mixed in. The place itself had a nice little ambiance to it, but honestly, I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.
That being said, it’s probably more about personal preference. I can see why some people would enjoy this place. The flavors just didn’t hit for me. Kind of like music: you might not vibe with a certain song, but you can understand why others could.
Came to Artisan 360 to try them out. Once in, I was greeted by the staff who were polite and courteous. The place has a nice, friendly vibe, and the decor is unique. Artisan 360 is a good place to relax, chill with friends or family, and eat a small, tasty dessert or a great drink.
This place is such a nice hidden gem. The best coffee and desserts in a cute and stylish setting.
Quaint and quiet. Just right for an afternoon time out.
I got the salted Vietnamese iced coffee and the exotic mango dessert! So delicious, will definitely be coming back again. Staff and service were great and friendly, the atmosphere is chill and quiet, nice place to read or have a casual conversation with a friend. The seating space is intimate not recommended for large parties.
