I’m a somewhat frequent to taco stand and sometimes burger joint. I was very disappointed today as my smash burger was undercooked. It’s concerning to me that if the smash burger is undercooked, the thicker patties on other burgers easily could be.
The pricing is a bit steep here. $12 for a single smash burger, $4 for fries, and $1 for a half-filled* side of sauce brought my total to $22 with a drink. Honestly, it’s pretty mediocre for the price.. the fries lack flavor although they are real cut potatoes, which is a pro.
I placed my order twice through the app as I received errors. It turned out it charged my card both times, but the order never went through and I reordered and paid in person at the restaurant. So far I’ve spent almost $60 at burger joint today for a burger, but I bet the erroneous orders are refunded (I hope!).
