TLDR; Decent food, dirty seating areaHusband ordered chicken and waffles, which was okay. It was good but he said there were crunchy bits of solid sugar or something in the waffles.The crawfish was $8.99/lb which was not bad. Not sure if they were fresh or frozen though. Size was decent but some were quite dirty. Full house seasoning was excellent and the mild spice level still had a kick. Shrimp etoufee was good too.Now to the bad part-- the inside was dirty. Nobody was cleaning tables off or taking out trash. And we couldn't throw our trash out because the one and only trash area was overflowing. The table behind ours had dirty plates and trash on it when we got there and still had not been cleaned up by the time we left. We had to wipe down our on table. As did every other customer that we saw come in. It was not extremely busy to the point that nobody could take out the trash or ensure tables were clean for new customers.

Food came with a 2x3 inch piece of plastic, no apologies, just asked if I wanted it remade. Remake took another half hour, everyone with me already finished their food. Not trustworthy, will never come back.

3/31/24 (time: 4PM) My husband and I, went to The Catch today and were very disappointed in this establishment. The place was not clean. There were several empty tables that needed cleaning. The kitchen floor looked grimy and covered in pieces of food that had fallen. The seating area floors were also poorly cleaned. The food was BLAND.... I got the Cajun Special and the catfish was seasoned but it was too salty. My rice, sausage, beans, and hushpuppies were bland (like no flavor). The only thing worth our time was the sweet tea and even that was overly sweet. Will not be returning!!!!

My husband and I decided to come here because it was raining and we just wanted something quick and casual to dine in. The young ladies at the counter were very friendly and helpful. I had the 1/2 pound boiled shrimp and my husband had the fried catfish dinner. The food was really good, the boil was well seasoned. I had the beignets and I was disappointed, considering I’m used to the ones in NOLA. They were a bit greasy and heavy and not as flaky as the originals. Other than that, the overall experience was very nice.I would visit again.

When we want a quick cheap but good meal we like coming here. I had The grilled white fish with red beans and rice. Yum. The fried shrimp is also a favorite. My hubby likes the catfish as wellDefinitely get the hush puppies. The food has been consistently tasty (both in restaurants or to go) but the tables are almost always dirty. Wipe them down before you enjoy your food.

I went through the drive through for the first time at The Catch Willowbrook today. I purchased the French Quarter meal right around lunch time. First wrong thing I had to drive back through the drive thru to ask for silverware second the food was not good. I spent $19 and some change on some food I ended up throwing in the dumpster smh. The shrimp etouffee was horrible the rice wasn’t good the hush puppies were hard. The fish and shrimp were just alright and just alright. Maybe I ordered the wrong food but it was horrible I’m never going back. I don’t mind paying for my food if it’s worth it this definitely wasn’t worth it. I’ve had better Sorry for the bad review and the girl that worked the drive through window poor customer service smh she definitely didn’t want to be at work today.
