The trashiest, tackiest looking lounge I have ever been in. Small. Dark with no windows and poor lighting. Meager food offerings. No bathroom, so every time you need the toilet, you need to leave the lounge and come back. Honestly think I would have been better off sitting at the gate.
British Airways have really fallen off. Both their lounges and their planes are just ugly, uncomfortable places now. Fly another airline.

This lounge does not meet the standards of a first-class or business lounge. What has happened to the British Airways lounge, which was renowned for its excellent hospitality? The staff members in this lounge provide subpar service. The elderly lady at the bar appears displeased when asked about the wine selection. The attendants seem unengaged, failing to acknowledge guests. The female attendant with a larger build was abrupt when asked about the restroom location, showing visible irritation. The food served was cold and lacked freshness. It is essential that management assesses the staff's performance and ensures they conduct themselves in a more professional manner. I will not return to this lounge; I prefer to use alternative facilities. The ambiance fails to promote relaxation, as the staff appears unhappy.

I would expect them to use Halal حلال meat in an Emirates lounge however it said that the meat is not halal.
We flew British airways first class on our way from London to Houston. We tried to get in the lounge but they denied our access. When we tried to show them the actual policy, one of the ladies who worked there started yelling at me. I was very calm and never spoke illly toward her. She was incredibly rude.
We called the airline and they said we definitely have access to the lounge. But we didn’t feel comfortable to enter again.
The workers at the lounge had incorrect information and denied guests access and were very rude handling the issue. I hope they get this resolved immediately, so it doesn’t happen to another customer. We fly quite a bit and have never experienced anything like this.

This is the WORST BA lounge in the entire world. A disgrace that British Airways uses such rubbish

I recently visited the British Airways HAS Executive Club Lounge at Houston airport, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment.
The food and beverage offerings were disgusting - slop best describes it. Choices were extremely limited, with unappetizing, low-quality food (slop) and cheap drink options (nasty wine, I mean NASTY).
For a premium lounge, I expected a selection closer to what British Airways provides in other international airports, but this felt more like a neglected afterthought.
Service was fine - no complaints.
Overall, the British Airways HAS Executive Club Lounge at Houston airport does a real disservice to the BA brand (and what’s worse, BA probably knows this and simply doesn’t care).
Essentially, if you’re expecting a comfortable place to relax before your flight, you’ll be much better off flying another airline.
Very disappointing.

Not particularly welcoming atmosphere. Surprised there are no restrooms. Have to leave the lounge and walk to normal airport restrooms. Food is ok and good selection. Bar service is good.

Honestly incredibly confusing. Sign clearly says open at 12:30 right outside the door, but yet the woman at the front desk who could barely form a coherent complete sentence is saying the club doesn't open until 3:30PM, effectively reducing their open times.
Highly advise putting someone at the front desk that can fluently speak the native tongue

Great service at reception desk.... Place is clean with lots of food options (and healthy ones too!).
Looks like they renovated the furniture and added more seating capacity.
Worth a visit.

This lounge is showing its age. The carpet and furniture are covered in food stains, and the furniture is banged up. The food options are limited and not fresh. There are no restrooms. The staff are very attentive. You feel sorry for them having to work in this environment.

I had a late flight out and EVA was the only airline at the lounge. The EVA lady at the front desk was the most hospitable and happy! She printed me off a boarding pass so I'd have a have a spare. Answered my ignorant questions because it's my first time on EVA. EVA good customer service!

This lounge has no windows and no private toilet…Food is barely edible…. They have a small selection of craft beer for those interested, which comes as a plus. Surprised British Airways decided to go with this for their customers

An embarrassment that this continues to be the BA option for IAH. Awful food, very bad bar service, no dedicated toilets. I usually just move myself to the bar/restaurant instead.

Food is awful, sandwiches are old, the bread hard and curling, the cheese has sweated for hours and now gone hard, nothing is appealing. On the positive side the bar service is ok. The lounge is old and tired and needs a major

The executive lounge at IAH is a decent lounge with above average buffet and a variety of seating spaces. The attendants are friendly and helpful, they helped me change my seat to a better location. There are LOTS of seating options with several private spaces, including a separate TV room with nice chairs and outlets for chargers. The bar has good options as well. Nothing super exotic, but all the basics are covered.
