The Great American Bagal

By far the WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. She got mad at me because I couldn’t speak Spanish, then slapped the bagel together and threw it at me because I didn’t want a plain premade bagel and asked for a tomazzo bagel. What a joke and a waste of 18$

I absolutely do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!

Quick and easy breakfast before a flight. Bacon was copped to a crisp. Bagel was hot to the touch for 10 min after the Order. Wasn't very flavour full though.

The food is not great. You are better off going to Starbucks or anywhere else. Comparable in quality to a Hampton Inn breakfast. Oh ya, terrible coffee.

Egg and cheese...very little egg and almost no cheese

Beware. I got my bagel sandwich to go. It was a turkey sandwich with a couple slices of turkey on regular bread. I didn’t even know this place had bread. I was so disappointed. It was a ton of dry bread and only a little of the rest. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I was on the plane.

The worker was on her cell phone when I walked up so I stood there a while before being noticed. Once she noticed me, she was able to help me and answer questions about the menu. I had the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel. It was toasted perfectly and very good. She gave me a tub of cream cheese and I left. I recommend the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel if you love the taste of cinnamon and raw sugar!

Kid-friendliness: The bagel was warm and sweet. Kids would love it if you are looking for something to tide them over before a flight!

$5.40 for a bagel with cream cheese. They make you put it on yourself, and they skimp on the cream cheese. The bagel was good, though.

Ridiculous $18 for a sandwich what is missing half of the filling, when i walk back and ask for it the lady brings me the peppers in a paper napkin and gives it to my hand ??and instead of a bagel they gave a bread… ?? i wouldn’t believe it if i don’t see it ??

Don't waste your time or money. Asked for lightly toasted, received 1st bagel burnt. Asked to be redone, and they didn't have a clue how to lightly toast. Lady threw 2nd bagel to the back of the toaster. Came out 2 seconds later, not even a toast, and still completely cold. The toaster has an adjustable setting. However, they refused to use them to correctly toast the bagel. One size does not fit all!!

if you order a bagel with cream cheese, it doesn't even come with the cream cheese on it. you get a tiny pack that will barely cover one side.

The service was absolutely foul. I ordered a bagel sandwich on the little iPad then asked if it could be on an everything bagel instead of a plain one. The employee said that they were premade and couldn’t be changed. Fine, I don’t really care about that. But then she proceeded to give me my sandwich on a regular sandwich roll. I brought it up to her, she argued with me that it is not made on a bagel and that I was wrong. I look at the iPad thing again and my receipt, and what do you know. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON A BAGLE. I don’t normally complain but she was so incredibly rude. It was expensive too.
