Asian employee was making fun of me with her partner the cashier because I was asking questions about the preparation of a juice for my elderly diabetic mother. I told her that when she gets older she might realize that I have to make sure to put my mom’s health first. Clearly it was a language barrier. She told me in front of her coworkers, my elderly mother and my 12 yo son THIS IS THE US WE SPEAK ENGLISH HERE. What a racist comment, she said it to my face out loud several times. I told her that she should be able to understand or at least speak more languages maybe if she works in a big airport like this. What a racist person. Shame of this place having this type of people. Zero education, poor costumer service and discriminative behavior.

This restaurant deserves the 5 stars. A tall and skinny lady who attended me is very lovely. Every time that I travel, I go to the market by Villa and buy a market meal they're so delicious that the tall and skinny lady always attends me. I always want her to attend me.

Quick and delicious sandwiches. Had purchased an everything sandwich with egg, cheese, and bacon. The croissant was evenly toasted with the melted cheese, cooked egg and bacon was light and crispy not too thin of a piece. Airport price by the way so $10+ for a sandwich or wrap.

Airport prices, but pretty good eggs and bacon for this counter-serve eatery. A fairly wide variety of soups and sandwiches, drinks, and pasties round out the menu. Staff has always been friendly and quick, and it looks clean. Seating is shared in a communal food court, and there are no power outlets. The food was deceptively heavy. Perhaps keep a restroom nearby.

The hot food was flavored well but just ok because it was like warm and the bourbon chicken was kind of hard. I also didn’t like that the man that put my food in the container used his bare hand/finger to push a green bean in that was preventing the box from closing. Then used a glove to get someone’s sandwich so clearly he didn’t need to use his hand with my food.
Each time I travel through IAH, I stop by The Market. Always enjoy what they have to offer. Always good food and a nice variety. Crew does a good job and the assistant manager is always smiling and making sure you are taken care of.
