Oh wow, how fresh tasting is the food here? 10 out of 10. Loved the sandwich and Vietnamese noodle bowl, even though noodles were gluten free, so delicious. I will be back for sure, so tasty and addicting taste.

My first visit and I was not disappointed! While I am not a Pho expert, I would say hands down one of the best Pho Broths I’ve tasted! No “extras” needed! I had the Pho Tom (Shrimp) with meatballs added (I know it might be an odd combo) and it was DELICIOUS! The Shrimp Spring Rolls were yummy too. Portions are large and take home containers accessible in dining area. Staff were helpful and kind.

I arrived mid day on a Tuesday, nobody in the lobby except the Owner & Chef of the Restaurant.
He gave me an excellent break down of the menu, the most popular and delicious options on his menu.
His best option is the The Supreme Bowl (beef rib, oxtail, bone marrow, beef broth) I will try this the next time I can sit in and enjoy, this order was to go order.
This time around tried the Chicken Bowl (chicken broth, chicken breast)
Also got the Pho Dip, which was Amazing.

This was my first time having my pho made in front of me but overall it was tasty and a good experience. I got the Sandwich. The bread was toasted a little too hard for my preference so I would ask them to lightly toast it next time. However when you dip it in the au jus it's pretty good. The broth was well seasoned and the staff were nice.

Pho Fix is an absolutely amazing spot for pho lovers! I love that you can customize your own pho style, and their vegan pho is delicious my daughter and I enjoyed every bite. The portions are generous, the prices are very reasonable, and the flavors are spot-on. We were in town for Texans vs Chargers playoff game and was craving Pho after the game. Luckily we found Pho Fix! Pho Fix is hands down one of the best spots for pho in Houston! The broth is rich and flavorful, perfectly balanced without being too salty. The noodles were cooked just right, and the meat was tender and fresh. Portion sizes are generous, and the toppings were super fresh. The service was quick, and Danny and his staff were friendly and welcoming, even though we had our Chargers gear on. If you’re craving authentic, delicious pho, this is the place to go!

I came to Pho Fix because I smelled the pho soup aroma at the Stomping Ground as I was attending an event. I was so excited to find Pho Fix. The soup was fantastic. I ordered Pho Dip. Everything was delicious. I just wish it has different sizes. I would need 2 portions to fill my tummy.

No cap. Worst bowl of Pho I ever had. Let’s first talk about the broth. This literally could be a dessert it’s so sweet. It does have some richness but lacks the flavors of the spices that make pho, pho (star anise, cloves, cardamom etc). Now let’s talk about the meat. I got the brisket and the eye of round. First thing I noticed when I was walking my bowl to my table was a sight that is an automatic red flag when it comes to pho. The rainbow sheen of the brisket. I gave it a shot anyway. Immediately spit it out. It was terrible by any metric… taste, texture and looks. It tasted like it should’ve been thrown away days ago. I then tried the eye of round. It was descent, barely acceptable to eat but I did eat a good bit of it since the brisket was out the question. Then the noodles, I have never had pho noodles swell up like udon. They turned into a soggy heap of blah before I even ate half the bowl. I literally ate half the bowl and walked out. No complaints, no comments, no bad review. Kept it to myself. Now it’s the next morning and my stomach is in all kinds of knots and I have piecing pains. I’m not sure if I need to throw up or diarrhea but something needs to happen because this bowl of pho has me sweating, and not in a good way. “Please Fix Your Pho!”

Build your own is such a unique way to eat pho!! The chipotle style lets you choose 3 proteins and tons of classic vegie options. I had beef eye round, ox tail, and shrimp. THE OX TAIL IS A MUST TRY!!
The spring rolls were definitely handmade and had an amazing refreshing taste.
The service was very friendly, we went along with their suggestions and did not regret it.
