The shrimp pho in chicken broth was soooooooo good and the portion size was very generous. I especially love the fact that the bowls are completely customizable. Customer service was also great!

It has been cold lately and I crave for some pho so I ordered delivery and I saw The Pho Fix has a thing call The Pho Dip so order that and some eggrolls and a Pho Dac Biet. It was a lot of food but I want to make my delivery worth it. But the Pho Dip hit the spot if you like a nice sandwich to dip into great pho soup. The dinner was great and I would get food where here again.

The ordering process doesn’t work well. It takes too long and it’s not efficient or smooth. I’m having to stand there, look at my bowl half way done, because the worker has to pause on mine to work on the other bowls. Waste of time. They almost forgot my beef rib if I didn’t say anything because they don’t read the receipt which has your order on it. It’s very pricey, maybe because of the area, but it’s not worth it. If you have time, get pho in chinatown instead. I’ve had pho in southern Vietnam, which is where this broth is based from, and I don’t recall the broth being as sweet as it is here.

The most average pho spot I have been to. If you have ever been to an actual pho spot, you will probably be disappointed.
The broth is not very clear, but doesn’t even have the tradeoff of extra flavor. It’s just average.
They put all of the veggies in the soup for you, which I do not like because I like to add the beansprouts after I’ve finished the noodles. They also add salt & pepper when they serve it and this throws off the flavor.
Price is ok, but there are other pho spots in town at the same price point (or lower) for better soup. You pay about $14 after tax for standard rare steak pho.
Dropped by while I was running errands in the heights, but overall, I would prefer to continue supporting no-frills small family shops

If I’m ever in the area, I stop by for a bowl of Pho. I met the owner years back and I have been a loyal customer since then. His broth is amazing and I live for the spring rolls. Wish I took a picture, but I ate my beef rib pho as soon as I got home😂

Been here 3 times. Good first, mediocre 2nd, 3rd 2 bites of meat on a 7$ rib and 1.5 people working the line. Please staff the front. Please.

Always over delivery from here when I want soup. Pho is decent, hits the spot when you have a craving. The pho bahn mi is very good as are the spring rolls.

Overall good food. I would not pay $9 extra for a side of the oxtail ever again. The beef rib had very little meat. Nice people and fairly clean place.

This 2-star review is based mainly on my takeout experience and order issues for a group of six first-time customers.

Overall, most people thought the food was good; one person said the Pho Tom was excellent. Based on food alone, I would give it 4/5 stars.

I tried calling to place an order to avoid the online platform, but no one answered, so I ordered online and paid a $7.37 platform fee (plus tax and tip). The pho is pricier than my usual spot, but that’s understandable given the location, build out, and to-go packaging.

The main issue is how the pho is packaged for to-go orders. All bowls were preassembled with pre-chosen toppings, and the meat was placed under the vegetables. We ordered four different pho dishes, but none were labeled, so they all looked identical. We had to open and dig through each bowl to identify them, which is unhygienic.

I delayed posting this review because I was waiting for my credit card statement. The restaurant forgot a $5 eggroll order. I called and they answered this time. They apologized and I was told a refund would be issued, but my bank statement shows no refund was ever processed and I was charged in full.

Definitely the best Pho outside of Bellare, maybe the best in all of Houston. Both the beef broth and vegan broth are amazing. I also like to get the fresh noodles sometimes, it's a nice change but it's still great without them.

I don't know what seasoning they are using that others aren't or maybe it's the dash of seasoning they add right before serving that is next level but give it a shot.

Favorite pho in Houston. The broth is just so good here! If you're sick, the broth feels healing and just what you need.

I love their pho, which has fresh noodles. Their bun bo hue is good, not too much shrimp paste, good for Saigon people like me. I love their setup, and it's in a small shopping center which has a small playground, other quick bites, and ice cream for the kiddos. We will definitely come back.
