I chose Fat Cat despite my crowd wanting Cold Stone- because we can get Cold Stone anytime and we've never had Fat Cat. Walking in, the smell of the waffle cones was intoxicating, so much so my "ice cream strictly in a cup" husband opted for a waffle cone. Great little shop! Bring the kids for a kids ice cream and then get an adult ice cream or beverage. This parlor has it all. Old fashioned small batch ice cream for the kids along with spirits for the adults. The types of ice cream are great, but I liked the buttered popcorn with the waffle cone. I was driving so I didn’t try the adult version of the sundae. Maybe next time I can try it. I will definitely be making sure that we make a return trip. Update: still the best ice cream around 2 years later! Give it a try if you haven't.Rotating ice cream flavors depending on season.
