Food is great and service is great. Love seeing grass feed foods for my kids. But the website is atrocious and I have trouble with it ALLLL the time. It takes multiple attempts to order food because of all the glitches.

The customer service here is amazing! There have been a couple of times where I forget to order the lunch and they immediately reply and help me get an order in! My son loves the food, and I’m thankful he gets to try a great variety of meals. Highly recommend doing this!

I order for my children to have meals delivered when I’m too busy to make them, or will be out of town. Both kiddos love the meals and the prices are very reasonable! Love that they are available at my local school!

I had a small instance in which my baby’s lunch didn’t arrive. When I called to clarify the person I spoke with was genuinely concerned my baby would be missing his lunch. They had spares so proper procedures in place.I like humane businesses - kudos to simply fresh.
