I’m going to give it 4 stars on my because the time wasn’t accurate. I drove all the way from the east side for a potato only for them to be closed when it said they were open. I’ve had them before and the potato is definitely worth the price as it can feed 2-3 people. Just update the times

I’m leaving this review based on my first experience with The Baked Potato Factory on 11/09/25 around 4:25 PM. I decided to stop by after seeing so many good things about this place on TikTok and social media, but unfortunately, my visit was really disappointing.

When I walked in, I went to the counter where a young woman with glasses started to take my order. Since it was my first time, I was still trying to figure out what to get. I decided to try the Seafood (Swamp) Potato, but she told me they were out of seafood. Instead of explaining or suggesting another option, she just wrote it down and put “sausage only” under the order with no clarification.

Then I ordered The Confused Potato, which lets you pick two meats. I chose beef and sausage, only for her to tell me again that they didn’t have sausage. At that point, it just didn’t make sense, and her attitude became even worse—she looked annoyed, sighed, and barely said a word the rest of the time.

As a fellow Black woman, it was really disappointing to receive poor service from someone who looks like me. It’s not about having a bad day—it’s about how you treat people. I wanted to support this business, but after this experience, I honestly don’t see myself coming back.

Management: please consider better training for your front-end staff. Attitude and communication matter.
