The Stuffed Baked Potato Factory was ok. We found the restaurant on Google. We didn't understand the pricing once we ordered.. This is a TAKE OUT ONLY restaurant. There is nowhere to eat if you're in a wheelchair. It is a whole in the wall, and the area is kind of scary.. The stuff Potatoes (3) were ok. We're glad we came once to support. The place was clean..

The workers are happy to be there. They joked with customers and were super friendly. When I saw the potato choices, I felt as if I were in baked potato heaven! The small baked potato made 2 meals for me and I was stuffed each time. I Will go back.

My husband and I decided to visit here since we had not been here in quite some time. Definitely not the original owners of the place. Originally we wanted “the trash can” baked potato but they were sold out, so we opted for “the confused”. The chicken and the beef were extremely dry (overcooked). The sausage sandwich came with six pieces of sausage and the brisket (if it was brisket was burned). Not to mention the young ladies lacked professionalism and customer service. We won’t be back. The Boudain balls were good but the sauce that comes with it, the recipe has changed, more than likely cheaper ingredients. Overall, it’s a no for me.

Mannnnnn, Lil Flip Put Me Onto This Place And I've Been HOOKED Ever Since! It's SO Good!! The Potatoes Are Always Fresh And Hot And The Quality Is Top Notch!! I Highly Recommend If You've Never Experienced These Gut Busting Potatoes!! Expensive But Definitely Worth Every Single Dollar! Salute!

I came for lunch. The woman working the counter was very helpful and friendly. The potato was large and the meat was delicious! I got turkey with all the toppings.

I arrived at 6:40pm hours show they don't close until 7pm. I was turned away,cold part I don't live on this side of town. Fought through traffic just to get here too,smfh!

This is the nastiest potato spot I have EVER been to. This is not hamburger meat this is dog food. The shredded beef looks smell and taste like pulled pork. I hate pork. There’s more toppings than potatoes, sometimes that’s a good thing when the toppings are actually good. I should’ve just got the plain one cause idk what this is “the complicated” it’s complicated alright

Honestly food was barely ok. My shrimp was OVER COOKED Because it’s obvious it’s sitting and not made fresh. Customer service is horrible. Wouldn’t spend my money here again. And as a baked potato lover I’m highly disappointed

I had a disappointing experience with this company due to poor customer service. The young lady that was taking my order first of all when I walked through the door she was on her cell phone and she continued to proceeded to be on her cell phone as we were talking and asking questions about the menu. The young lady was very rude. She had a very nasty attitude as if we made her uneasy just because we entered the establishment. I expected better communication and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has left me hesitant to recommend their services. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service in the future.”
