First off I walked in they don’t greet you, the cashier literally on the phone talking and sat down kept talking on the phone, talking on the phone when making my order, then had the nerve to try to get smart when i asked her what the regular boudin balls they had that my husband ordered and I asked her which was was regular boudin balls she rolling her eyes like that one pointing mind you there were literally three kinds of boudin ball flavors and I’ve never been here before this is our first time here my professor is part owner as well he will be hearing they need better customer service because child 🤣

The place was ok. Potatoe was not what I was expecting. There was more gravy than sea food. A few pieces of sausage, but mainly sauce. The sauce was weak and barely flavorful. We were very disappointed. It's normally better.

The person who answer the phone to take order named Keisha is extremely rude and is the reason why I don’t recommend this place
I called to ask questions about birthday arrangements and she and the phone “don’t have your credit or debit card ready” and had an attitude because I said yes but why and then proceeded to be very rude and petty and answered because this is a food place and I said well I wanted to ask a question I wasn’t trying to order then and there and she just continued with the attitude this is why I don’t like ghetto young hood employees
She the first point of contact and made the potato factory miss good money and customer

Was our first time here… 1st customer service is nonexistent. Food was okay nothing to complain about, the portion was good for the price. Has a small lobby but it was closed off for some reason , i guess it’s an only take out place. Restroom had a sign “ for paying customers only” and my boyfriend tried to go and the lady upfront just shook her head no but didn’t say anything I was confused lol but as he continued walking over she finally spoke up and said “it doesn’t work”

Did you hear the one about the redneck that walked into the potato place in the hood? These folks are awesome, and so is the food! Had a good conversation with a man while waiting for my food. Turns out it was the owner! What a great guy! Did I mention the food? I got the seafood deluxe stuffed potato, and I'm going to come back and get it again every time I'm in the area. It was amazing, and filling! I can't say that I've ever enjoyed a potato more! Thank you for the culinary experience!
