Unfortunately, we visited during the last 2 weeks of the restaurant's existence. They are closing at the end of this month. The food was really good and the servers did their best trying to cover the full space with a limited staff. I wish we had discovered this place when it was fully functioning.
This was our first time back in a while, but we heard they are closing on August 27th and wanted to get in one more visit. The food was excellent. We both had the house salad, the charred Brussel sprouts, and the pancetta arugula pizza. All were very well prepared. Service was good but it seemed like our waiter was having to cover most of the tables. He took our orders and others delivered. We almost tried to cancel a second class of wine that was ordered before the pizza was...
the fried chicken eggs benedict was not very good. the fried chicken was 1 chicken strip cut in half and the eggs were moderate. the biscuit was not good. the french toast was delicious, however, and the waitress was great.
