The Chicken Parmesan is Amazing

We were seated and waited over 15 minutes before just getting up and leaving because we were never greeted by a server, had our water glasses filled or even acknowledged. What a way to spend your wife's birthday. Room was nice and clean but the music was way too loud. I could give the staff grace if they were busy but we could see into the kitchen from our table and nobody was stressed or scrambling. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
