It’s very cute in the shop and their prices are very fair! I have loved all the drinks from here, we’ve always gotten great service from the employees as well. If you’re interested in yummy boba, try this place out! Id also like to add that the bahn mi was very flavorful and the bread was crispy. (I also love the new designs on the cups, very cute)

They need to make a lot of adjustments. They didn’t have fresh hot tea all they did was take the drink mix for cold and warm it up it’s terrible and they also didn’t have any vegan or vegetarian options. I should have read the reviews before coming here. I was greatly disappointed with the overall quality and experience. Remember reading is important.. I never said they offered them I said that they did not offer them. Which is why I said what I said you need to make some changes if you want to get good reviews.Vegetarian options: There are no vegetarian or vegan options

Ordered Hot Jasmine Mango tea and a Hot passion fruit tea. I received 2 cold teas, I then explained I wanted hot but was told none available. I was then told they will make them. I waited almost 20 minutes then I asked to cancel for a refund I was told no because they’re making them now. Also in my opinion the tea is

Been ages since I have dined here and realized that it has changed into new owners.Service was good and I got milk tea with pearls and 2 sandwiches. Both were a little dry needed more dressing but overall was good.
