They just opened and don’t have black tea and cannot make coconut cream blend smoothie. … seriously 😒 this place only makes drinks and they have become limited…. Really ?? And no working restroom on the weekend?!? And weekday is busy after 5pm but the staff can’t handle it!! Waited for 45min !!!!

I had a cookies and cream blend and it did not taste right. It was watered down and staff didnt seem happy to see us there. Very awkward interaction.

The prices have gotten unreasonable, $7 for a beverage even without add-ins? It took 16 minutes for our drink to come out.

Horrible customer service , placed a mobile order ahead of time to pick up , arrived at the store and person on registered gave me an attitude and made me wait 25 min for an online order .
I’ll order ahead and it still wont be ready by the time I get here. I’ll be waiting another 15 minutes on top of that. Ridiculously slow service and it looks like the staff is sitting around talking. This has been a regular occurrence the past 5 or so times at least. Plus they didnt even get my order right this time! Go to another Teahouse.
