Apparently this place is closed down for business. The sign on the door says they would reopen on August 27 and they're still not open. We were supposed to go here for brunch on the Sunday after our wedding and now they're closed and don't answer their phone.
The sign says "closed for maintenance"-- my guess is they're closed for good. A real bummer.
Ordered online this weekend 8/31 through their website, and when my husband went to get the food was a sign on the door saying closed for maintenance. Charge went through on card. Per another location they are closing spring valley for good. Please refund peoples money.

Consistently delicious breakfast, huge portions, decent value. Lunches are good too, but I seldom get past the breakfast choices!

Went for brunch today, and staff and our waitress were very friendly and helpful. It was a smooth process with ordering our food and asking for anything additional.
The food was fresh, cooked perfectly, and came out within reason. Definitely will be back.

My husband and I ordered the double decker omelette. We sat at the bar but did not have silverware. By the time we got silverware and got to eat, the food was already cold so it was just okay. It probably would have tasted better if it were hot. The bartender had her back to the customers most of the time so we had to flag her down three times. I don’t think it was her fault though because she was the only person behind the bar. I suggest management have two bartenders for Saturday brunch. I’ve tried the Toasted Yolk on Washington and it’s better. I think I would go there instead.

I only give one star because I have to
Freeze fried southern Arnold burned
Small portion of hashbrowns which if cooked properly would have added moisture to the meal, but they over cooked it to the point where it had a dry skin around it
Biscuit bread hard
Tasteless on all ends of meal
Burned portion
Hard food
Never never never
Never
And I been to numerous toasted yolks
And I brought my mom here for her birthday
Never never
Voiced a complaint, waitress asked if I wanted another serving
I couldn’t possibly think the cook would learn how to cook in 5 minutes
So I said no .
No charge on my plate
But my son and my mother were served the same quality of food
I tipped the waitress because it’s not her fault and she did well
Other than bringing, halfway thru the meal, the French toast for my wife’s meal
But hey one could ask… would the waitress have served this food to her mother?
I would have been upset if someone served the waitress that quality of food.
My suggestion is that staff go experience any other toasted yolk location and see the difference and commit to the improvements.
I’ll pay for it.

Worse place ever!! DIRTY, BAD SERVICE. I don't usually rate places but I need to say something about this place. I LOVE some of the other locations but this one is so bad. We have tried it 4 times. We really wanted to like it but we're done!

Walked in . Wasn't greeted. Finally someone comes and seats us. We sat there for 20 minutes watching waitstaff ignore us completely. They never even took our drink order. It was not busy. We got up and left. Noticed there was zero diversity. It's obvious that we were of the wrong race/color to receive service.

This is literally one of the worst managed restaurants in Houston. Service is slow if you even get served. Minimal customers on a Sunday and Fathers Day at that. After standing in the front for about 5 minutes we finally got seated only to be ignored and never be served. After about 10 minutes of just sitting there we left. Want good service go next door to KP's Kitchen where they appreciate your business. Sadly this location should be closed. If you ABSOLUTELY must go to this chain, make the drive out to another location.
Service is amazing! Friendly faces and great customer service make for a wonderful experience. The Eggs Benedict was the best I’ve ever had.
