The catfish and shrimp was so good.

Food was subpar

Being from Baton Rouge, this place has such a great feel of home. The owner is a great person and you can tell he enjoys seeing folks happy. We got the catfish and shrimp plate and the breading was top notch cajun cooking. We will be back to this place to try more like the jambalaya and red beans.

Great place for BREADED wings. Lots of flavors to chose from with various quantities. Or get em on a waffle. Or go for some bayou treats. Show up on Fridays for Zydeco music and more. Great atmosphere for after dinner drinks and a friendly owner that takes care of everything (even the guitar).

Ok, the food was so good. The fish was seasoned very well nice hot and crispy !!! Like omg it was just like I like it!!! Everything was fresh. My toast was super buttery just like I like it. My husband had the chicken and waffles. He said it was really good and the chicken was seasoned well. Let’s just say we ate ate..lol!!It took an hour to get our food. But it was well worth the wait. Definitely try this place out. We called the cook auntie…lol!! She did her thing in the kitchen. She has short red or burgundy hair. The fish is not on the list at the bottom as a recommendation to get. But I would most definitely get it!!!

Chill place more like a lounge atmosphere but went during lunch was empty didn't think was gonna be good but, AAAYE that fish po boy I got was fire. Definitely a NOLA po boy... Fresh made, super hot, bread really good. Fish seasoned very well and the shrimp mac n cheese pretty good also.

Food is salty, like fish and shrimp was so salty I couldn’t even finish it. owner thinks he know everything. Tries to hit on or have a relationship with all of the artist.Update owner is threatening me to take down my review
