I ordered shrimp with mixed vegetables. I got home the bag was seeping. I took out the food and the box was melted through and the food fell so I went back with photo evidence. The manager dismissed my complaint and wanted me to fetch the box and food from my trash can in order to replace my order even though I showed her a picture of the dissolved box and wasted food. I went back again with the box and got my money back. They need to replace the manager!!! The cashier was very helpful and apologetic. Other than that, I had a horrible experience.

The only reason I gave it 2*'s is because the cashier was great. The fried items we ordered had to be fried in old rancid grease. I was craving chicken gizzards and was so disappointed.

I've been going here for a while now , and I do have to admit the rice is good. The service is really bad, When I try calling, they ignore my calls , and I call at least 3 times, and each time they hang up or don't answer. The place is run by terrible people ,they need to improve the service.

Cash only is the most annoying thing ever. How do I know how much cash I need for my order until you tell me? And then what if i don't have enough on me or i want to place a larger order once i know that you have other things i didn't see on the menu or just want something last minute?... They need to update their menu as there are things you can order that aren't listed and they have no other menu to view other than the one inside, not even in the drive thru!...seriously. The other thing is, this BIH is rude as hell (I'm not going to post her picture but you'll know who I'm talking about)..the cashier. One of those people who should have just taken the day off of you were going to be in this bad of a mood, for real. One of those types of people who no matter how polite you are being they act like they are so bothered. If I hadn't driven so far I would have taken my coins elsewhere. The place is very clean despite the surroundings and the food quality is great compared to a few of the other Timmy Chan locations. I don't want to say that because of the location and demographic then your expectations shouldn't be any higher but when you treat customers poorly that's the impression that's left for this establishment. Everyone loves Timmy Chan's so they get a lot of grace for being a staple in the hood but to the owner or manager; nothing will ruin your business like bad customer service.
