Always good food and food service here. See the same friendly faces each time I stay at the hotel and eat here.

We decided to go here for Christmas dinner and glad we did! The lobster bisq was full of lobster, the turkey dinner was to die for while my aunt and wife had the prime rib and we couldn't have been more pleased. The service was next level, the chef brought us our meals and it was just the perfect meal for the holidays. No dishes was a bonus lol

We went to this restaurant on Thanksgiving day following a recommendation of the Houston Press and we could not be more disappointed. There was TG menu with a few choices fir appetizers, main dish and dessert. Appetizers were good (we tried both the lamb duo and the brief en croute) but it took the restaurant 25 minutes to bring them. It went down from there. Main dish was all reheated food, one of the plates was not reheated properly and it was barely warm. Green beans were super soggy as if taken out of a can. We complained about temperature and chef came to said something we could not understand and went back without even apologizing. Even worse, the dessert tasted like taken out a store bought box. The pecan pie was a la mode but they forgot to warm up the pie so it was a bad cold pie (HEB is way better), with a huge ball of average vanilla ice cream on top. The only good thing about this place is that it is nicely decorated. I would say its for hotel visitors only and perhaps hace a drink... but for food go somewhere else.

Nancy was our server and we had an amazing experience both nights we stayed at hotel Zaza. She remembered our drink preferences and made sure we had a great time. 10/10 recommend!

Though a bit pricey, it is quiet enough to have a conversation, which is hard to find these days. You have to valet park.

First time here for a birthday brunch. 8 of us. As we were placing drink orders, we were told no separate checks(strike #1). Then I had to keep asking for coffee refills (strike#2)....and it was only our table and another table of 2. We asked for a mgr to see about splitting the check. They said the most they could was 4 checks. We thought 8 of us = 4 couples and we were good with that. When the checks arrived, it was evenly divided by 4 and a 20% gratuity. One of the persons said no, this wouldn't work because her bill was higher because she had several cocktails and didn't expect the rest of the group to pay for her drinks. Ariana, the mgr, was very nice and red the checks again. It was a fiasco. We were told their computer system couldn't split checks. Are you kidding me?!! It took us as long to pay ou checks as it did to place our orders and eat!!! Kudos to Ariana, but the restaurant needs to get a new system fir their orders. Never had I been told that a restaurant couldn't split a check!!!

I am in TX for work one week every month and 95% of the time I stay at ZaZa. Super great staff and service. Great bar and pool. Have been staying here almost 3 years and plan to keep doing so. Would highly recommend.

The valet, the front desk, the pool attendant, and management are so attentive and professional. They treated me and my friends like rockstars. Great restaurant, too. Pool day with my besties was a blast.

We were there nearly 2 hours waiting on main course. Waiter kept saying food was on 5th floor

I was there for a girls day out brunch. It was perfect. The restaurant is inside of the hotel next to a wall of windows. It was nice and bright with the view of the pool.

The Tipping Point is the perfect name for this restaurant because you’ll reach your tipping point after the poor service and mediocre food. We waited one hour for the food and they forgot our appetizer so that came 20 min after the entrees. The calamari was gray in color and had zero taste. The other food was just ok and that’s after eating when hungry (everything tastes good when you’re hungry). The soft drinks were awful..you take one sip and opt for water instead awful. The service was poor and overall experience was disappointing. My family and I will never return and I do not recommend anyone waste their time. There are other restaurants in the same parking lot so I would recommend those (Guadalajara and Circos) if you want to eat and leave happy

What a disappointment. We waited over 5 minutes to be seated even though we had a reservation. Took over an hour to get out food. Out waitress was extremely rude and I even caught her cursing with the other employees. Food was cold. Several guests were complaining about the wait time this restaurant is in an beautiful hotel but doesn't live is to its standards being in hotel Zaza. Would not recommend

Band band band.. was AWESOME... food was ok, but for those prices could have been much better. Servings were way too small. William the waiter never ever cane back to check on us once.. poor service from him. He did not get extra tip from me. Ya'll can do better, ZAZA
