Experience here was rather disappointing, and we had looked forward to it. We had a sushi takko combo as one of the apps, and bit into a giant chunk of fish bone. The server did his job and the manager stopped by to apologize. The staff took care of the situation but it’s a let down because it’s a restaurant in the 4 season.
On another note, the tomahawk was priced at $140 on the menu but we were charged $150. I didn’t realized until after swiping my card.

My family and I ate at Toro Toro on New Year’s Eve. The food and service were absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend!

I've been to many high-end restaurants and this is my least favorite. For dropping $800, I'd expect a better steak, snapper that didn't taste fishy, and larger quantity for the sides. The waiter Jose didn't do anything about the complaint until I insisted on seeing the manager.

Didnt know it was inside the Four Seasons. Impeccable customer servc. Valet Parking was validated for $6. Food was fresh: my fave was the flan.
Parking: $6 if you eat at resto and validated.

Macaroni was bland and cold.
Lamb chops were one of the best I've had.
Service was disjointed.
Atmosphere was lively for a cold Tuesday night.

Food was unique and ambitious, but the portions were small. No refills on sodas, which should be no problem at all if told up front, but we didn’t find out until the bill came.

Wow, what an incredible dinner! Celebrated my partner’s birthday and the staff was so lovely and attentive (I believe our server was Yulissa?). From the perfectly cooked steaks (and potatoes three ways which were immaculate) to the great drinks, it was a truly special night. They even gave us a complimentary dessert and a handwritten note! I’ve never experienced that level of personal touch from a restaurant and found it so special. Thank you Toro Toro!

Surprisingly good hotel restaurant. Great martinis. Loved our apps - duck confit tacos (with flash fried cabbage), shrimp aguachile (different take - poached shrimp, a red sauce not of ketchup, and some jalapeño slices that weren't very hot) and a roll with tuna on top. Split a striploin steak med rare and French fries. We were kind of in a rush and they were very accommodating.

Went here to celebrate our 16 year anniversary. It's inside the hotel so we had to Valet. Note, the restaurant will validate. With the validation from the restaurant we still had to pay 6 or 7 dollars. I think that was a mandatory tip. The restaurant is beautifuly decorated. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. We were well take care of all night. We started with octopus. My husband had bourbon and I had a couple smoked old fashions. They were wonderful. The octopus was cooked perfectly. We got the tomahawk for our main dish to share with the parmesan truffle fries. The fries were crispy, the tomahawk was sexy and cooked perfectly. We ended the night with a chocolate tart and complimentary champagne. It was a wonderful experience. I loved every minute of it, best anniversary ever!
