Smoothie was okay, tasted like powder. Got charged for double tapioca but I didn’t ask for extra just for one. Samples tasted like they were out too long as well. Worker was on phone behind door for a few minutes before she came out after I started calling for someone loudly. Wouldn’t come back.

The drinks are AMAZING and not only that but the girl in memorial with glasses (Antonia) she was very patient/Kind with me and helping me choose a drink, I would gladly come again! Excellent customer service!!

Totally Tea is hands-down my new favorite boba spot! The drinks are incredible — super fresh, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. The boba itself is chewy and cooked just right, with that perfect soft-but-bouncy texture that’s hard to find. I tried their Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and it was absolutely delicious.
On top of that, the staff is super friendly and patient when explaining the menu and customization options. You can adjust sweetness, ice levels, and even choose fun toppings beyond the classic pearls.
Highly recommend checking it out if you’re a boba lover (or just a fan of good vibes and great drinks while taking a stroll around the mall)!

I went up to the girl, she had curly hair and glasses and politely I asked her for a drink.
She gave me a dirty look and continued to talk to someone who was not a customer and seemed to be a friend or relative.
When I asked her again, she raised her voice and asked me in a very rude and unprofessional manner “Wachu want ?” at that point I decided not to order and walked away
I found this behavior to be extremely unprofessional, ghetto and rude. I don’t understand how people are being paid to chitchat and be rude to customers.
