They'll replace your food without calling you, so if you're allergic like i am watch out.
Breakfast was delicious 👍
I paid extra to have French toast I was told this is French toast. This is toast . I asked for scrambled eggs they gave me runny eggs. The hash had no flavor . I will never spend another penny here I wish I could give 0 stars.

Whatever you do, DO NOT order from Uber Eats from this place, the chef won’t start making your order until he feels like it

Really nice space with plentiful outlets and wi-fi access. Was pleasantly surprised with my fresh farm plate. Will definitely come back.

Nice place to work, atmosphere is amazing, and service was amazing. The food is just awful, the coffee isn’t the best. I got a vanilla latte… 2/10. The fries were bland, and the ketchup tasted like the watery part of the ketchup bottle when you first open it. Grilled cheese was okay, it was tolerable.

I've visited this cafe several times but this is first time I've gotten sick from the food. Please check your beef burger patties. I tried calling a few times but no one has answered. I dined in and ordered the Suite Burger and now I have food poison.

I’m leaving this review because one of the employees named Sam has repeatedly had a bad attitude the last few times I came in. Since their coffee is pretty expensive, I would like it to be made correctly, and he is the only barista who can’t seem to make my latte the right way.
Recently, I came in for my latte, and when I realized it was too sweet/milky, I asked if there was anything he could do to fix it. He was so rude about it and looked at me like I was insane for asking. I still went back again after that and allowed him to make my drink, but once again, it wasn’t good, so I just decided not to go back anytime he’s at the front. It would be nice if someone could bring this to his attention for improvement.

came here for the first time since the other location is now closed and loved it! the ambiance is wonderful for socializing or studying, and it is located in a nice spot in downtown. staff was great, particularly Drew, who was super helpful when it came to ordering.

I got the tostadas and my husband got the tacos during brunch and they were both delicious. We also took desserts home for later. The cheesecake and creme brulee were lovely.

Food was delicious! The only drawback is it did take a long time. Definitely would go back
I remember going to Tout Suite in high school more than a decade ago when it first opened. My friends and I used to go frequently after school, especially for their macarons, back at their original East Downtown location. Back then, the macarons were almost the size of your palm. It had been a long time since I last visited, so imagine my surprise when I saw they’re now the size of a quarter.
I was still craving some, so I planned to order pistachio and honey lavender. My sister and I stood by the macaron display for a while, trying to get an employee’s attention. Even though she clearly saw us, she kept pacing between the kitchen and the register, staying a distance away and never approaching. If you’ve been to the original location, you know I’m not crazy for expecting someone to be stationed at the macaron display—there used to be staff there to help you select flavors and package them before sending you to the register. That’s what I expected here too, especially since the display was far from the register.
After waiting, I finally walked up and asked if I was supposed to order macarons at the display or at the register. She gave me a half-smile like I was dumb for asking and said, “yeah you order right here at the register.” Obviously I know you pay at the register, but with the display so far away and several macarons missing flavor labels, I was hoping to point at them and ask questions.
The whole interaction put me off, so I only ordered two (the only ones that actually had labels) instead of the four I originally planned, plus a tiramisu. I ate the macarons there while waiting for my sister and they weren’t nearly as good as they used to be (they were very cold). The tiramisu I had at home and was disappointed again. The top was dried out like it had been sitting for a while, and the cream was stiff and tasted more like cooked cheesecake than the fluffy mascarpone texture tiramisu should have.
I could have overlooked the mediocre desserts if the service had at least been pleasant, but nothing justified the attitude and standoffishness, especially since there were no other customers needing attention. I won’t be coming back.
