They only offer blueberry jelly to customers (gross), and it took 30 minutes for a simple order. Not worth it.

Breakfast burrito with Cafe Americano was very tasty. The fresh pastries looked decadent! The atmosphere indoors and out was very relaxing for an office break or scenery change from downtown bustling activity.

The prices are fair.
The price for the beverages is very high, juice is $7-10 per bottle.
The food portions are large, but...
The food is not good.
They need improvement with seasoning to taste and making it appealing and appetizing.
Owner needs to pay a chef to improve QA

Great place to hang out! Great atmosphere. Only beef I have is when you show up a little after 8, they have already stopped serving coffee drinks but they close at 9.

The little to go coffee is $7, I know you can afford it. How is there only *1* person behind the counter with this large of a menu? You want ONE staff member to cook an eggs Benedict, make coffee, acai bowls, and man the register? Customers were waiting forever. I waited forever just to buy a to-go coffee, and it isn't the employees fault. No one can play chef, coffee maker, and clean up person all at once. Hire more staff, and if no one will take the job, maybe offer better pay. Figure your business out or close the kitchen if you can only have one staff on. Maybe go back to business school or something idk ?‍♂️

The service is exceptionally terrible here. We waited over an hour for our drinks to be made. There’s only two people working the whole cafe despite them hosting a 20 people yoga class on the lawn. People were waiting for so long we saw them consistently leave over and over. When we eventually went to go ask for a refund, he said he didn’t know how to do it. We didn’t even order food. Lovely cafe but the downtown location just needs more staff.

One of the few coffee shops in Houston that is not only friendly, but set up for co-working. I’ve been coming here with my coworkers to work remotely ever since we cancelled our WeWork lease and haven’t looked back.

The food, pastries,and drinks are great. Food is usually on time except during peak hours when many people come in. Even then it doesn’t take more than 10 min and that is at peak hours. Besides that no complaints!

Vinny and Kara and great and the music is always on point.

For one reason or another, I've found myself at almost every coffee shop in the Houston Downtown area over the years. However, since Toute Suite opened this location at Trebly Park, it has been one of my favorites. The food is delicious, the drinks are exquisitely made, the location is always clean, and the music selection is great to set the vibe. Not to mention that the staff are never anything short of amazing. Beautiful Kara runs a tight ship, and Vini delivers a consistent product and experience. Safe to say I'll be coming back for a long time.

Extremely rude service. Server tried to walk away while taking order, when asked what flavors he said “they’re on there.” and left it for me and my friend to find .When asked what bread was on the counter he said “i don’t know something”. What is this place. Overpriced drinks full of ice. Male server tried to leave in the middle of taking my order, talking to him. Never coming again. Exactly like all the other overpriced places with terrible service. The blonde waitress was very nice though.

The young man behind the counter wearing the anime t-shirt forgot to give us the Italian soda and macaroon we ordered. Didn’t notice til we got home. Tried to call the phone number listed here, but it goes straight to an overfilled voice mail. Also they were out of pozole.
