Another diner drive in and dives fail. So here we go... Austin and Jacob our bartenders right off the bat are an amazing team full of life. Austin in fact made sure once we were seated at our table to stop by to check on us at least 3 times unlike the manager on duty who never came around we will not mention his name in this thread. Ube pancakes weren’t as good as expected. Aesthetically pleasing but a little dry and lacking flavor, even with the condensed milk based sauce.
Jerk chicken and waffles were absolutely phenomenal though. The chicken is so well seasoned and not a single spot of it was dry, which is my fear always when ordering jerk chicken. Maple syrup wasn’t the cheap kind either, very rich in flavor. Highly recommend!
