They didn't make my order. Said they couldn't make the sandwich after saying they were working on the order. I had waited a half hour before even being told. They had said they were working on my order when I got there. I asked for reimbursement since the sandwich couldn't be made. They hadn't even started the smoothie and I had to get to an appointment. The Tropical Cafe on Cherokee Street in Chattanooga, TN is by far the best I have ever been too!! They actually know us by name and greet us by our names every time. Their Sandwiches are always fresh and hot and made to order and their smoothies are absolutely out of this world!!! Especially the Peanut Protein Smoothie 😋😋😋. We love this location so much and how were treated we visit at least once or twice every week.
Management owner or whom ever he is needs more work on Customer Service. No wonder why you need help and it's only you and one worker that's working and business is slow. Then the work attire is like he just woke up and threw something on the face definitely matched.. I won't be returning
