Not a good experience! Asked for my sandwich well done and got it burned. The lady making sandwiches was using the same knife to scrape the conveyer belt and cut sandwiches. I told the sandwich maker it was too crispy and she just smiled! Won't be back!
The food is always hot and fresh and the service is fast.

Schlotzsky's Deli is a place that customers love. The food is always fresh, good, meaty, hot, and desirable. Sandwiches are the size of an entire hand, and even the kids sandwiches are big. The grilled cheese with ham and/or turkey is very good and filling. The Fiesta Chicken and the Turkey Bacon Ranch are the bees knees in flavor. The lemonade is pretty good too. The service is just as good. One employee, Dorsy, was polite, courteous, and friendly, bringing orders right to the table with hot sauce, salt and pepper. Another employee, William, provided outstanding service. The location is always clean, cool, comfortable, and welcoming. The stripcenter has a ton of parking. Customers note it may take about 10 minutes for food because it is made fresh and not kept under a heatlamp. Ordering on the website takes less than a minute. One customer saw a little bug crawling on a tray but would still go back.
