Being that I’m 5 mins away from this location I thought it was better versus driving 10-12 mins to the one on Westheimer. This is my 3rd time ordering from this location . The 1st time I ordered it wasn’t that great but I decided to give them another chance b/c I assumed it was just a bad night. The 2nd time not to bad but tonight it was ridiculous. The customer service is very good - staff is always polite and helpful. They also work to always have the food ready in good time.Personally, I find the seasoned fries too salty and always have them with no seasoning, but that's just my personal preference.

From the moment I walked in, I felt like all attention was given to me as a customer. I don't remember the name of the nice guy that took my order but I do remember his last initial was an "L", so I will refer to him and Mr. L. Mr. L took my order and made sure we had everything.
