Walking in, we were immediately greeted with Dominique great customer service and the building's atmosphere; between music, lighting, and board games, the place was a delight to sit in. The frozen yogurt itself was spectacular, the many flavors and toppings were a welcome surprise!

4 or 5 out of order. I asked him a question he said no English? Very queasy after eating cheesecake

I’m really disappointed. I just discovered that this location was only 7 minutes away from me and my go to fro-yo is Menchies. I figured it would be fine but as soon as I walked in, I was disappointed. Minimal flavor options, topping choices weren’t that great, and the syrups were just squeeze bottle. Not even hot fudge or hot caramel like other places I’ve been. The girl at the “register” didn’t even speak. Just turned the screen to show me the total, no smile, nothing. Customer service has gone downhill. I’ll gladly drive further next time for a better experienceParking: Easy to park. Definitely helps that there’s a light to exit the little shopping plaza since this is right off of Montrose Blvd and it gets busy.

No free samples, a lot of the flavors were unavailable and the machine wasn’t working properly. You could tell the fruit had been sitting there for days and variety was scarce. I didn’t like this place and wouldn’t recommend going. Restroom didn’t work and it was just messy.

The strawberries were rotten. Almost immediately after consuming the product, I experienced stomach cramps for hours, and my gf threw up. I will not be returning and cannot recommend.

Good service at this place all the time. We love to come here after dinner. We don't mind to drive 30 minutes. It's delicious! Lots a delicious flavors and combinations.

I've been on the hunt for tarte froyo since my fav store on Westheimer all of a sudden closed . Though I don't prefer froyo that's sweet & trying to be ice cream, they do have that too. More importantly for me, they do have a tarte that's almost as tasty as my fav store. They had allot of other flavors too -the ice cream imitators, lol. Not all machines were running that day which I'm sure is based on demand. (That will likely change as others also try to find a good replacement shop like me) I rec the pineapple too if you like tarte. They have a TON of toppings choices & several to go sizes. The price was about the same as other froyo places, except I got considerably more quantity wise. So that's nice It's located down in Montrose which of course means parking limited. I parked across the street at Walgreens. It's a small cute little shop with some outside seating. I'll definitely be returning bc I have a renewed of the taste treat lately. Someone mentioned no samples. I solved that by sampling what I was buying. If I didn't like the flavor, I stopped the flow.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! my quince was a week ago and during the party bus we wanted to stop at a frozen yogurt place and we stopped here and the second my friends entered they were yelled at by a man saying “no samples” and one of my friends really needed to use the bathroom and was rudely told no when it was clearly an emergency. we were all planning to buy frozen yogurt but after the very rude encounter we all decided to go to the restaurant next door which was 100% worth our money and time! ????????

Greeted with "no samples." I'm not sure how I am supposed to know what flavor I want without trying a flavor. This is unheard of.

Owner that looks dirty screamed at me "NO DOGS" as I entered...if you talk to me like I'll automatically have no respect for you. And it would be nice if there was A SIGN THAT SAID "NO DOGS" but obviously the owner is a bit slow.....hope this place shuts

I decided to give them a try. And I sampled 5 flavors. All were kind of icy, ice crystals , not creamy or smooth. And I did not enjoy them.

Immediately greeted with “no samples“. The cups are ugly, see through containers unlike other locations. Half the machines didn’t work, and the ones that did taste terrible. The topping selection was actually so sad. Honestly, mid way through I was considering just leaving. I should have. Would not recommend at all and avoid at all cost
