Bad service from the waitress, Elsy took so long to take our order, after she brought us the order never came back, I had to stand up and look for her for drink refill, also gave us a wrong order and didn’t even tried to fix it we had to pay $85 + tips, also food this time was not tasty like other days, we drive 30+ to go here but never again

Had a very pleasant time here. I was recommended by a friend but never got the chance to come in & eat. It was definitely worth it.
The place was super clean. I was quickly seated, no wait at all on a Sunday for lunch. My server was really nice & prompt. Got my drinks & my order & he did come by a few times to check up on me & refill my drink. The food came out piping hot. I had to wait a bit before I could touch the potatoes & crab because it was hot. Everything was really good, seasoned & fresh. I asked for spicy hot & it was just right for my liking. I tried out their house special seasoning & it was pretty good. I liked how the combos come with 2 corns & potatoes. I didn't have to order any sides.

I went three times. The first time, the ratio of price to food was excellent. I went back a second time, and the shrimp were old, and they charged us more. There were rats in the parking lot. I went again, and it was like the first visit. It’s an okay place to eat, but nothing extraordinary.

(Sunday November 24th 2024)literally just came in to be seated and was not greeted the waiter walks up to the front counter and took a receipt and didn't say hello or someone would be right with you nothing! Then the hostess finally comes up after another couple comes in behind me and them sits us down all at the same time. Then the waiter in the dining area gives the couple their drinks and takes their order and I'm still sitting there waiting and I was there first. Terrible service! And it gives racism!!! Don't ever go there!!! Pathetic!!!

Love their garlic butter seafood boil. We had snow crab clusters, shrimps and green mussels. It is very fresh and tasty. I had the green mussels for the first time and loved it. Will come back soon. The price is very reasonable too.

Our waitress was so attentive. The tables and decor are swanky. So it's a good vibe. The seafood was great. I just wished the sauce was not so thick. It was good but super chunky. I love the wings!!! I will go back, though. Also, the $7 drinks were good. The 1st was really strong.
Upon arrive was greeted by the hostess. I asked to be seated at the bar cause I was flying solo for work. Anyway, almost immediately, the bartender approached me and asked what I was having to drink. Leave him my drink order and I proceeded to engage in conversation with him asking him what was good at the joint or what he could recommend. Bartender provided spectacular service, stayed busy, kept his bat area clean and clear. Beer on draft was ice Cold and when I asked if I could charge my phone of one of their outlets, he with out hesitation assisted me in finding a outlet to charge my phone and even kept an eye out on it for me while I ate.
The seafood is VERY fresh and well cooked! It’s not too salty or too spicy either. The service has been good both times that I’ve been; no complaints. Highly recommend!

Gave this a try because i've been seeing so much hype about it, i thought it had to be that good! I was wrong, We went in, got an order of fried pickled & fried calamari, Those weren't anything out of the ordinary very plain whatever. Got the Big Combo HOT House special sauce and was not a fan at all. Was not hot at all. And the house sauce just wasn't any of my family's cup of tea. Service wasn't the best and we saw 2 cockroaches while we were there including the one under our table!!!! so i will say the manager did give us a slight discount, but we will not be back.
