My friend and I visited 7/13/26. We didnt get greeted for about 10 minutes. Once we finally did order we forgot we even ordered drinks because of how much time had passed with no service. The food was good. Once we paid I asked our server for a box. Did she bring it? No. After patiently waiting on our server to finish serving her other tables and seeing her on her phone by the bar I decided to physically bring the basket of wings I wanted to take home to the host stand in the front and ask them for a box. Food was good. Service was terrible. Reason for 2 stars.

The fried pickles and the boudan balls need to be more fried. The fried catfish and the fried shrimp needs more flavor and needs to be more fried.

My Fiance and I tried twin crab for the first time tonight and it’ll more than likely be my last time. We ordered the combination rice along with fish and shrimp with Cajun fries. First thing first the fish, fries, & shrimp were NOT cooked throughly at all and beyond Bland. LITERALLY COLD/WET fries!!! I can’t even say what kind of fish this is. The batter is falling off the shrimp. The rice has an ok flavor. but the onions are cooked and the sausage taste likes the cheap hot links that some people use for BBQ. With this being my first time trying Twin Crab, it’s definitely not a lasting impression. We ordered between 10:10-10:25. They closed at 11. I feel like our order was definitely RUSHED!

The food smelled amazing and tasted amazing, BUT the cleanliness was horrible there was food on the ground and chips shoved behind one of the pirates the bathrooms had stuff smeared on the walls. I RECOMMEND THE FOO BUT DO NOT EAT IN!

I had never been to twin crab. I finally went yesterday. The food was so good! Very well flavored and spicy. I ordered the half pound shrimp with head lunch special with their Twin crab seasoning in hot. Very flavorful & spicy! It comes with half pound shrimp 1 potato and 1 corn with a side of steamed white rice. I was told to add the shrimp boil sauce to the steamed rice. It definitely did not disappoint! The service was very slow even though we were the first ones there and there was hardly anyone in there by the time we were ready to go. Not sure what the hold up was. But other than that I would def recommend!

A terrible place. I ordered the 1-pound shrimp special—which is supposed to come with an extra half-pound of shrimp plus half-pounds of black mussels, crawfish, and mushrooms—but I only received half a pound of shrimp, the mushrooms, and the crawfish. When I called to complain, they told me that with my next order, they would give me the pound of shrimp and the black mussels I had paid for. However, when I ordered again and asked them to check my notes, they said they would only give me the black mussels. I feel ripped off and will never order from here again—a place where I used to eat very often, but never again. It wasn't about the money; it was the lack of attention and the failure to provide complete orders. I am very disappointed with this place!

I had an amazing experience at Twin Crab! When I arrived, I was seated immediately even without a reservation, which was a great start to the evening. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
My server went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name, but she gave excellent recommendations on what to order and helped me choose some of the best dishes I've ever had. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor.
The outstanding customer service combined with the amazing food made this a memorable experience. I will definitely be coming back regularly and would highly recommend Twin Crab to anyone looking for great seafood and exceptional service!
