I recently visited this location and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered 1 pound of headless shrimp and 3 pounds of crawfish 1/2 sausage and rice with every intention of enjoying my meal. However, unexpectedly, my braces wire popped out of my bracket, leaving me unable to eat. I had only eaten 3 crawfish before realizing I couldn’t continue.
I waited over 10 minutes to inform my server about the situation, only to notice her sitting at the bar with another employee, eating food instead of checking on her tables. I’m typically not the type to write reviews, but this entire situation left me feeling uneasy.
When I finally got to explain what was happening, I politely waited for her to return, but when she did, she brought the manager with her. The manager immediately stated that I could not return the crawfish because of a “limited supply” and stated that “it was not there fault my wire popped out” and I completely understand that However, the server never mentioned this policy when we placed the order.
I work at a seafood restaurant myself, and we always make sure to inform customers that crawfish cannot be returned once ordered. There was also no sign or menu disclaimer stating this policy, so how were we supposed to know?
To make matters worse, it took forever to get the check. I was initially going to tip the server because I understood my issue wasn’t her fault. However, her attitude completely changed after the manager got involved. She disappeared for a while, and the manager eventually brought my ticket and admitted he didn’t know where she was.
When she finally came back, she ran my card, handed it back without a word, and walked off. No receipt to sign, no apology—just pure frustration directed at me, as if I was the problem.
I’ve been to this location before and always had to sign a receipt, so her walking away like that felt extremely unprofessional. At that point, I was no longer okay leaving her a tip because her attitude and lack of service were unacceptable.
This situation should have been handled much better. It wasn’t a big deal initially, but it was blown out of proportion by poor communication and customer service. Management and staff need to be better trained on handling situations like this with professionalism and respect. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome.
I won’t be returning anytime soon.

People who work here are hugely incompetent to mess up a simple order 3 times. This was our first time trying this place, & I ordered the crawfish special where you buy 4 lbs & get 1 more pound for free (equaling 5 lbs). I was told from whoever answers the phone that you get 1 corn & 1 potato for every pound. I also ordered 1 lb of shrimp. I get home & see my shrimp is missing & that I only got 1 corn & 1 potato for my entire my 5 lbs. I call them & they say for me to come back so they can give me what’s missing. My husband waits there for them to make the shrimp. They finally bring it out to him & guess what…they forgot the corn & potatoes AGAIN. So he waits..again, & when he checks the bag there’s only 1 corn & 1 potato, when there should have been 4 corns & 4 potatoes. At this point we said eff it & let it go & leave because clearly no one knows how to use their brain, & we agreed to never come to this place again.
As usual, I found this spot while looking for somewhere to eat lunch. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the host but I chose to sit at the bar. The bartender, Frank, brought a menu and took my drink order pretty quickly. To drink, I had a couple of Lemon Drops that were very tasty. For my meal, I had 1/2 lb of snow crab kegs with corn, potatoes, and eggs. I picked the House sauce, which is a blend of all the seasonings and it did not disappoint.
When the bag came, the 1/2 lb was one cluster and i thought it was a little underweight, but it ended up being more than enough to fill me up. I was sitting there thinking of a way that I could take my sauce home and cook up a boil bag on my own.
Oh, I also had a Lemon Drop shot. The atmosphere looks a little drab and junky but everything was great.

Came here yesterday got the 1lb shrimp with 1/2 lb free & a bunch of other things inside a boil. & got FOOD POISONING currently at the hospital throwing up & shitting at the same time. I WILL BE CALLING HEADQUARTERS to complain about this.
