Twisted Grilled Cheese (Memorial City Mall)

Horrible food and horrible service. I went there for lunch on my break from work. I didn't realize it would take 20 minutes to make my grilled cheese sandwich! They didn't have the ingredients for the sandwich I wanted, so I had to order something else. I tasted like it was microwaved. So gross. I threw it away! Total waste of money.

This location cancelled my order because ONE item was unavailable..I assume because it’s the location in the mall and teenagers run the business. I always have the restaurant call me and ask me if I want to replace it with something else because they’re a BUSINESS and like to make money. They don’t want to lose the sale over something like running out of an item. If anything, that’s an opportunity to upsell a customer with a new menu item or something they’re trying to get rid of in their inventory. But to just blatantly cancel a customers order because ONE item is out of stock? They also confirmed the order first, waited 45 minutes, and then cancelled the order. This was going to be my first time trying this restaurant, very bad first impression. I hope the manager sees this.. Customer service is dead.

Awful, cranky service. My niece was on the carousel and they wouldn't let me order a kids meal until they could SEE her. Wild.

2nd time visiting this restaurant. 1st time it was “closed” ok… I’ll try it again… same black guy with a gold grill was there. I walked up and waited by the order sign… and finally I asked “are y’all closed?” He said no… and continued doing what whatever he was doing… I should’ve walked away but I remembered I liked the food truck. He finally took my order and when I got the food… I asked for a napkin and got 1 brown napkin… greasy sandwich and ONE bathroom napkin ??‍♀️… should’ve went to a different restaurant

The food was good, I personally liked the smokedhouse brisket. But it was way too expensive

Me and six coworkers were going to eat here for lunch but there were no employees there. While we sat eating our lunch from another restaurant, we counted five more people who stopped by looking like they wanted to order as well.

Not even 1 employee from 3:15 pm till I gave up on waiting at 3:45 pm on Friday July 26. Called them 2 times while waiting and no one picked up

We didn't have a chance to get anything. The guy working behind the counter just kept on doing what he was doing and never acknowledged us in any way when we approached and stood there.

Sure the brisket sandwich tasted alright, but for $15.99 + $5.99 for wack fries and a drink was not worth the price. Wish I gone with Master

After having a tough time finding an item I needed, Trina was an absolute delight. Trina was an absolute blessing and ultimately made my day.

We came for lunch today, the first thing was the place was completely empty, but we decided to give it a try. We waited several minutes just to get waited on. The cook is also the cashier. I ordered and wanted to pay cash, she said she didn’t have any change. Then went to get a drink and all they had working was Diet Pepsi. Everything else was out and Veronica didn’t want to do anything about it. Also, Veronica wasn’t the most pleasant person to deal with. The food was really good though. Not sure if I will be back.

We are on Spring Break and my grandson is so picky but loves grilled cheese… this place did not disappoint…. Best grilled cheese!! Highly recommend!! Very friendly service too!!!
