Gave a 3 start because the food is always great. But man the service has went so downhill.Members won’t hand you your drink after you order. Members will not enter or place your order correct, and have you wait absurd times. Example incorrectly place an order without a buzzer. If you have 20-40 mins wait time then I would recommend to choose this establishment

The food was delicious. What I didn’t appreciate is missing items from it(my drink) Also, please check Orders before having them delivered. I was not able to leave to get anything because of my job.I had to reorder and spend more money just for a drink. ..This food is really spicy that was not OK for missing items ..but overall the food was great.

I definitely love this place when I say everything on the menu is good!!!! I just hate they closed the one one Kirby, me and my daughter was on our way to go eat there as we always do and they was closed. We was so heartbroken.

Used the BOGO coupon and ordered through the website. The restaurant only gave one sandwich stating that only one sandwich order was placed and the manager refused to honor the free sando I wanted. I literally ordered after clicking the coupon in their own website. This is obviously an issue with the website but I also am angry about how the workers dealt with my issue. Instead of figuring out what was going on, they purposely left me on hold for 20 minutes hoping I would give up. The second time I called they hung up on me immediately. And the third time I called the manager told me “only one sandwich order went through so we aren’t going to give you the BOGO second sandwich”.

This place has the best Chicken in the area. They are Tenders but about the size of a small Chicken breast. The chicken is hand trimmed, perfectly fried to a golden brown with a juicy snow white center. The rubs and sauces are amazing and you have a wide selection. I've had the BBQ & the Buffalo and they are both stellar. The fries are hot & crispy and the Urban and Cronic fries will blow your mind with the Mac & cheese, Bird sauce & pickles! Prices are reasonable and the portions are huge!Vegetarian options: Beyond brand Chicken options.

I got hella hot sandwich... and it was hot ?. I couldn't even take a picture cuz it just looked so good. Good thing I was eat by myself cuz boy did I just eat like my life depended on it. Wish I had room for another. Fries was well seasoned and cruching on the outside and soft in the inside. Perfect ?.

Customer service was really amazing here. I can’t eat breaded chicken and they were nice enough to grill it for me so I could still have it! Definitely coming here again. I recommend the Elote fries.

I did not expect the food to be this good: Let’s start with the atmosphere it branded so nicely the lobby was very clean. The GM/ Night manager went above and beyond on the customer service and he upsold us things we might need like an extra waffle and extra chicken strip. We ordered chicken tender basket and chicken and waffles. 2 strips come on the basket, the price is a little above average. The food came out presented so well what wasn’t expecting was the flavor explosion from the food 10/10
Sigh.. so everything was pretty good and the dining room is nice, but we waited 30 minutes for our food. The work areas in the kitchen need a real rethink. Everything seemed super inefficient, they were having to walk back and forth multiple times for everything there were doing. I want to say “it was great” but it was painful waiting and painful watching the staff work.
