It was a nice place to go. Brought ticket to see T K Soul but doors was not open till 9 bad business for people like me who drove 2 hours to see show I was there at 7 like ticket said doors open at 7. T K Soul did put on a good show the comedy was ok. I got VIP seat but it was first come first serve. Overall nice place to hang out

Highly disappointed. Bought tickets for TK Soul. Get there early doors locked still. Show originally stated 7pm so got there at 645 to find out after pulling up my ticket it changed to 8. So we went next door because it was so hot and we couldn’t get in. After 8 we finally got in to find out there is NO general admission seating which is contradictory to what we were told weeks ago when we bought our tickets. Then to see general admission was behind a wall or standing room only. This is truly bad business and communication. I really would just want my money back. AND IT DIDNT EVEN START AT 9. Very disappointing. We still waiting and it’s now 952.
