Good was excellent, but they seated us 30 minutes later than our reservation and it took FOUR HOURS for dinner. Yes you read that correctly.

Made a reservation for my Mom and her friend for the $110/person Mother's Day brunch. I called ahead to pay for both of their meals for a Mother's Day treat. The food and service director took my credit card and payment info. The experience was supposed to come with a complimentary beverage. Not only did they not get their complimentary beverage, but they were also asked to pay for the check at the end of the meal. Very disappointed.

There was so much food, and though I tried really hard to have room to try everything, it was just impossible, there are too many dishes. Everything was delicious, from bacon to salmon sashimi all the way to raw oysters, it was all wonderful. Bottomless mimosas! Our server made sure our mimosas were topped off the whole time. We also had a special treat for the birthdays we were celebrating! We will definitely be back in the future.

2 in our party. Immediately seated with a fantastic view out the window. Our waitress was so sweet and before we knew it our water, wine and bread were delivered. We both had the shrimp and polenta. AMAZING. And it was enough we didn't need anything else. After our concert we stopped by the bar in the lobby for a glass of wine and service there was just as great.

Service was beyond excellent so overall a good experience. Breakfast was good, but tough to justify the price. I understand it's the Four Seasons, but my omelet barely had any meat or cheese in it and it's literally called the Meat & Cheese omelet.

Without a doubt, Quattro has the very best Sunday Brunch in the Houston area. Unlike the plethora of disappointing a la carte "brunch" options available, pretty much, everywhere, Quattro's spread allows you to try a little bit of everything, from traditional breakfast items, including crepe and omelette stations, to a glorious seafood bar and plenty of hot gourmet options in between. Highlights: caviar trio on creme fraiche, delicious sausages, and a beautifully seasoned prime rib. As always, service, from greeting to goodbye, was gracious and personable. Server, Theo, is a seasoned pro and it was evident that he was incredibly friendly and accommodating to everyone in his area. To those commenting about price, remember, you are dining at the Four Seasons, and the price is more than fair for the quality and selection offered. By all means, check pricing before you reserve and dine (here and elsewhere) so that you don't unfairly penalize the restaurant for your buyer's remorse in your reviews ;)

Wonderful experience. Food was amazing, and I love the choice of an appetizer portion for most of the entrees on the menu. Our waiter, Shane, was incredible. He made our evening very special, taking us to the wine room for a group pic! We'll be back!

Great service and place to make business meetings

Nice restaurant but way over priced for the meal . Valentine's Day special was a restricted menu that was $85 a person . Small portions and was still hungry after the meal . I would not recommend this place.

Came for lunch on Valentine's Day. This is one of our favorite spots downtown. As usual, the food and service were wonderful. We had the tortilla soup to start. It was great - very tasty with just a little kick. My husband had the gnocchi and loved it. I had the salmon and it was very tasty and well-presented. We had the tiramisu for dessert - the very best I have had. So light and delicious. We will be back.

Waiter was friendly but unobtrusive. Our lunch conversation was quite detailed and complex. We needed all the time provided to discuss a multitude of aspects of our work. The waiter was very cognizant of our needs and provided impeccable service, as well allowed us to focus on our conversation.

First time to Quattro. We were there prior to attending Celine Dion, so they had a limited menu. We soon found out that the entire menu was still available, but it may take a little bit longer than normal. The appetizers were good, my wife's entree (risotto) was delicious whereas my bolognese was so so--not something I'd order again. The service was polite and attentive; it felt a little bit rushed due to the night. We had 90 minutes, so we weren't in a rush, but the servers felt like they were trying to moving very fast. I'm not sure what it'd be like on a non-concert night. Overall, the service was good and the meal was pretty good. I'd give it another shot, but I guess I was hoping to be overwhelmed with the experience and it was fine.

We had a terrible experience on New Year's eve at this restaurant. Very small portions of food. Fixed menu that we never saw the third course for. We were overcharged and could not find anyone to help us. Only two servers on the floor for the entire section. Would not recommend this restaurant as it does not seem to have any leader ship to train or direct its employees.

My family came to Quattro to celebrate my husband's and my wedding anniversary. We had a lovely time together, and were presented with a beautiful dessert to celebrate the occasion! The food was delicious, the people are kind and the service was impeccable. Everything one could possibly want is here-savory or sweet. The food is out in a buffet style throughout the restaurant all the way into the kitchen! There are crepe, omelette and carving stations. Some of our favorites (in addition to the flowing Prosecco) were the crepes served with fresh whipped cream and a variety of toppings and the seafood-shrimp cocktail and crab claws. The caramel bread pudding (our waiter's top pick for dessert) was delightful. Everything one could possibly want from homemade pasta to slow cooked beef is here in addition to traditional breakfast fare...I could go on, but if I had to sum it all up in one word, it would be “decadent. It's definitely worth going and indulging for yourself!

We went for Christmas Eve dinner. When the reservation was made there was no mention of the holiday buffet which was $85. There was a limited menu available aside from the buffet. I ordered a fillet mignon which came cold. Since we had to wait a very long time to be served I did not request a new one but it was very disappointing. My wife had a pasta which was nothing special. I was expecting a much nicer meal for a restaurant at a Four Seasons Hotel. The waiter was friendly.
