Do better. I came to patronize a B.O.B and had a horrible experience. Dirty tables, long wait, waitresses never came to check - a nice lady who was off the clock had to come out and help - people who got their after us got sat down, served ASAP, and got their food. Hour long wait and we didn't even get our food. Sat out in the heat and didn't even get water. The Manager/Owner was more concerned for one table that consisted of 2 ladies and no other patrons.

We walked in and thought we were in for a nice treat only it to be ignored for about 15 to 20 minutes. When they finally came over and took order our they were out of every thing we initially wanted so we ordered what they had. The waitress was nice. They brought the meal out before the appetizer. As one of the previous reviews stated our food was freezer burned. YUCK. To say the least, the food was not fresh at least the fried ribs. Very disappointing also. I don't expect this place to be around much longer, unless they do better.

Had the opportunity to visit after overhearing my co-workers talking. The food presentation was nice along with the flavor. Now, the service is another thing. My order was not placed correctly and a member of my party of four never received his food. The waiter was nonchalant about the problems. Halfway through our food, he begin to rush us. Dear owner/ owners, please retrain your staff. Personally Mark… poor service can KILL a business.

I work very close to this restaurant and they’re now open 24hrs. So I visit early morning. The egg white omelette and service is impeccable! Everyone is so nice and attentive!

Me and my Hubby visited Houston over the weekend for our birthday and stumbled upon this Gem! The food is absolutely Amazing 😍 we had a great experience! Donnie, Glenda and Pat were the workers Friday night. They were very friendly. Ms. Glenda came to our table a couple times to make sure everything was ok! I will absolutely make this place a must stop the next time we're there! Keep up the good work guys 💯

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the restaurant. I was deterred by the outward appearance, but it was a cute place inside. My husband and I were looking forward to dining in, but it took too long to receive our food, so we had them pack it to go. We were the first people to arrive, so we didn't understand why it took so long. The young lady that served us was great though. We ate the food in the car and the chicken wings were fantastic! I think this is what held up our food because they were hot to touch and seasoned well. The sides (greens and Cajun grits) were not good at all. The greens were too salty, and the grits were bland. I'm glad we stopped during our visit to Houston because I haven't had fried chicken in a while, and I loved it.

The food and service was absolutely amazing! Our waiter Jeremy was outstanding 👏 👌🏾! The collar greens and fried chicken was so yummy 😋 The atmosphere was incredible!! Thanks for being a great restaurant.
