I grabbed some food last night at the Wendy’s in Hobby Airport and experienced great customer service. The food was typical fast food-yet hot and fresh. The eating and condiment area could use a wipe down. I would go back just based on good customer service. It really sucks when people are jerks when you’re hungry and you’ve been traveling all day.

Mobile app users beware! They are INCREDIBLY forgetful when you have a drink or frosty that you'll have to remind them at least three times in a 7 minute period. Foods great though.

Not usually one to get fast food but when you are in the airport there sometimes are not a lot of other options.This Wendy's in the Houston Hobby airport had a great staff, Chelsea who took our order was friendly and our food was great.

Lois, the manager, took my order and checked me out at the register. She was nice enough to ask me how to spell my name for the receipt. Who does that?! Starbucks, for sure, doesn't unless you scan to pay or do a mobile order. The menu is limited since it's the airport, but they have the basics! Just no value options. I had the chicken nuggets meal. Spicy, of course. It was served hot and fresh. The fries and Coke were the usual.I'm not at this airport as often as IAH, but Wendy's is a place I recognized in the food court besides Pink's Pizza and Peet's Coffee & Tea.

If I could give you a zero I would. The service is SOOOO SLOW. And they don't care. 18min for a cheese burger and fries in an airport is ridiculous. This is not fast food. I asked the guy ar the register if he was new because he didn't know how to do anything... he said no. These folks are not getting any training on how to do their jobs. 1 lady was making the burgers and the other 6 people were literally standing around. It seemed like they all were high or something. Don't bother stopping at Wendy's. OH and they got my order wrong!!
