Wendy’s is an excellent choice for a quick, satisfying meal. The burgers are fresh and juicy, and the fries are perfectly crispy. Their chicken sandwiches and salads are consistently high quality, making it more than just a standard fast-food option. Service is usually fast and friendly, and the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. The drive-thru is convenient for on-the-go meals, and the overall experience feels reliable and enjoyable. Wendy’s delivers tasty food, great value, and consistent quality every time.

They automatically assume you want a large upgrade vs medium. I ordered a plain sandwich forgoing all the lettuce, sauces and such. Asked for one bbq sauce for the sandwich and they wanted .54 cents for a packet. Flat out ridiculous!!!

Wendy’s at the airport is a convenient stop for a quick bite. Service was friendly and efficient despite the busy environment. Food was fresh, with the fries crisp and burger tasty. Limited seating, but overall a solid 4-star airport dining choice.

Not sure if this is the Wendy’s in TerminalA. My baconator was good. But the person making this didn’t use any gloves. She just put the patty and stuff using bare hands. Also it took a lot of time even though there was no crowd.

I’m honestly baffled by how bad this experience was. First off—this is a busy international airport, not a sleepy roadside stop. Why on earth is a fast food spot in an airport closing at 9 PM? Wendy’s used to be known for being open late—clearly not the case here.
I arrived at 8:40 PM, well before closing. I ordered a combo meal with a Frosty, only to be told no Frosty drinks. Fine—I switch to a strawberry soda. “No syrup,” the cashier says. I try Dr. Pepper. “Also out of syrup.” At this point, I just ask for a bottled water, which he rings up along with just the sandwich—despite me clearly ordering a combo. I double-check and then he informs me they also have no fries.
Excuse me? Were you ever going to mention that, or was I supposed to find out while sprinting to my gate? This wasn’t even a dead time—there were at least 10 people behind me in line.
For a location in one of the busiest airports in the country, this kind of low quality and poor communication is just unacceptable. I ended up canceling my order entirely. Do better Wendy’s.

Bad customer service. Not welcoming. No greeting, no smile, very blunt. Ordered 2 combos. Watered down drinks. Threw them out Burger was bla flavourless the fries were disgusting. some burnt others looked like rotten potato. Do better! Have pics but no where to post them.
Love Wendy’s.
A baconator is probably good for you. Food came quickly and as expected but I wasn't there during peak hours.

The service attitude of this store is really bad. Please don't eat there.
Some of the worst service and most clueless staff I’ve ever seen.

As an airline pilot who frequently dines at Wendy’s, I am utterly disappointed by my recent experience at the Wendy’s located in Terminal A of Houston Intercontinental Airport.
Upon ordering a chicken sandwich, I was shocked to find that it was completely raw inside. Consuming undercooked poultry is a serious health hazard, and this level of negligence is unacceptable, especially in a busy airport location where food safety should be a top priority.
To make matters worse, when I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, I was met with indifference and rudeness. The first employee I spoke to did not apologize or show any concern. Instead, they acted as if I was inconveniencing them by bringing up a serious food safety issue. The second employee was equally dismissive, showing no interest in resolving the problem or offering any form of compensation.
Hoping for a better response, I asked to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager's attitude was no better. They were condescending and unapologetic, showing a complete lack of accountability and customer service skills. This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Wendy’s as a brand.
As someone who travels frequently and often relies on airport dining options, this experience has severely damaged my trust in Wendy’s. The combination of dangerous food preparation and appalling customer service has convinced me to take my business elsewhere.
I strongly urge Wendy’s corporate to address these serious issues at their Houston Intercontinental Airport, Terminal A location. Until significant improvements are made, I will not be dining at Wendy’s again.

Swung by to grab their new addition of nuggs , tried the spicy ghost pepper one. The service was just ok - very slow and a dash of customer centricity will go a long way , the nuggets were flavorful. They forgot the sugar cookie from my order and had to go back to get it.
