The whole staff is very rude. This is at the airport and they work with no sense of urgency. They all need to be fired.

Waited 45 minutes for a burger combo. Almost missed my flight. Burger was half FROZEN. I thought Wendy’s was fresh, never frozen? Guess not.

Jefferson was so polite and helpful. They were out of my item (potato) and she took care of me and was just so courteous. They were quite busy and I must say Genesis and Maya were also helpful. Thank you Jefferson-the manager.

The young man at the order counter, Jay… (couldn’t get his whole name) is an awesome employee. He’s a people person and very efficient. As I watched him he was taking orders, cleaning and organizing the area and stocking items to ensure things are ready. While the others around nonchalantly worked away. Promoting him to supervisor/manager would be a wise decision for your business.
I recommend anyone who values the level of service that they receive and spending their hardworking money to find another location to eat. I was intentionally overcharged and when I brought this up to the cashier's attention she mentioned that they ran out of medium drinking cups/fries so I would have to pay more for the upcharge as it is the customer's fault that they ran out of cups. The manager AB Ramirez intervened and was so rude/condescending and pretty much said I have the option to get a full refund and be turned away. Not to mention, they ran out of lids for this large drink that I did not request. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and did not receive a "spicy" patty, I feel this may have been done intentionally as well. As a frequent flyer through this terminal, this was the last thing I wanted to deal with in addition to a delayed flight. Overall horrible service and unprofessional manager.

Totally dishonest, they have the menu listed with the price and then they charge you more and when I asked them about it I was told that the large that cost more is all they serve however they had a different price advertised. The lady at the counter Jenifer was very rude and disrespectful. It took about 20 minutes after making my order to actually receive it. They had no care at all that we are at a airport and needing to get to our flight. It is what it is when you go to an airport but these employees can do something else if they don't feel like doing their job correctly. Go to another place they have in the terminal if you can.

Now this Wendy's is inside of Bush Airport in the American Airlines terminal. So, unless you're flying with them you can't visit this Wendy's. The servers were quick on taking my order and preparing my meal. They were friendly n courteous eventhough it was early in the morning. My sandwich was Hot n Fresh. They do offer free refills. So, stop by to get something to eat before flying off to your destination.

Walked away trusting the staff to make what I ordered and paid for. Half the stuff was missing in my breakfast sandwich including the sausage and half the bacon. The bacon used looked like salad crumbles. Do better I paid full price give people what they ordered. If you cared I would get what I ordered off the menu , it was not even a special order. Trying to catch a plane I will not be back. The cashier is the only thing you have going for you
