Hell if I could have given it a -0. I came here this morning at 7:30am , not thinking that the lobby would be closed due to the hours of operation being plated on the door saying 7am. But , I arrive to the facility and of course it’s closed , the lady is just sitting on her phone in the lobby. I ask her what does the lobby open through the glass window she says signs to come through the drive thru. So I proceed to ask the same question and she points up 8 fingers. Why do you have a picture that says 7am but your staff at Wendy’s is saying another time frame. Please get this together due to people having to get to work as well. If I would’ve known that the lobby was closed ( no car btw) I wouldn’t have stopped and wasted my couple minutes. This is a problem. Another thing , your staff sucks. It doesn’t matter if you change them , train them , or replace them they suck ( esp in the morning). Food good though can at least say that.

This one star is meant to be a minus 100!!! I Visited this establishment 7/11/25 around 5:40 pm. I ordered 3 biggie bags. I specifically told the lady in the drive thru no cheese three times. I live 5 minutes away and when I got home, I saw that there was cheese on all burgers and the meat was burned, hard, dry and cold. The fries were old and cold too.
I went back asked for the manager. A guy came to the register. This guy, spoke limited English. He was rude, refused to refund me my money, never took accountability for serving me disgustingly old food. He couldn't care less. My total was $17.97, and he finally decides to refund me- $9.30!!! I told him, that I would be reporting him to the GM, he said okay and again refused to give me all of my money back. I didn't eat any of the food, I brought it back to Wendy's. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service and to think this was from the manager. I've also attached his photo and as you can see, he didn't care one bit. This is not over you can best belive that. They have basically stole from me! This is why so many people refuse to eat out anymore, especially fas food, the service is horrible and the food should have never been served to anyone.

I usually have good service at this location. My last visit they had a system failure at the drive thru so tensions were a little high.

Food wise, I cannot stand a burger that temp wise won't even melt the cheese.👎🏽 Chocolate Frosty is always on point.

I have been inside this location before and prefer not to go in. It is usually not the best kept dining room and not the best lighting.

Service trash thru overnight drive thru whatever African lady you got running it needs a new occupation she can’t speak clean and clear thru your speaker box and she gone mess up your order. Rude fr no reason

Dude, I ordered a baconator. And all I got was a hamburger with only ONE slice of bacon. When I told them about it. They pointed at the single piece of bacon and said it was a baconator. Dude I used to work for Wendy's. If you need me to show you where the wall guide is.
