The door is locked when they are posted to be opened at 7am. And the cashier is telling me to order of drive thru window. And she keeps disrespecting me that I should know what I want from the menu. I'm disabled and would like to eat inside and enjoy my meal. But inside is just has cold has it is outside 🤔. WOW, WHY??? GOD HELP THEM. SHE TELLS SHE IS THE ONLY ONE HERE BUT THAT'S NOT TRUE THERE IS 3 OTHERS PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING IN THIS PLACE 🤔

Came here on Friday & my burger was pink in the middle when I bit into it & I asked for my burger well done, the Mexican lady working the drive thru was rather rude & in a rush, then when I call to speak with a manager to make a complaint nobody answers the phone, I'll never spend another $ at this Wendy's😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

AWFUL! And I am not referring to the food. I have realistic expectations, I'm a reasonal person with reasonable expectations from these types of establishments. And don't get me wrong, fast food is often my guilty pleasure. I don't expect anything to be exceptional from any Wendy's - when I order fast food, it's a last resort. However, this particular location is an abomination to every other fast food establishment on the face of this earth. The employee's, the service, and especially the management, are a complete disgrace. 10/10 do NOT recommend

I flippex burgers for 3 years at a high volume drive through only burger place. It's not that hard to NOT way overcook the fries, so they're edible.

Very unprofessional, couldn't understand her, sounded intoxicated ,her break wasnt for another 40 min so on the clock but not working . I had to call the store 10 times letting it ring n ring until she started answering the drive through,all 3 of us were pikup online orders then she had a very rude attitude! Prisma you make Wendy's look 👎 bad

Valeria was the BOMB! When I walked in, she had a smile on her face she’s quick she was attentive. She repeated back my order. She told me she will let me know when my order is ready. food was hot and delicious.. only negative thing I can say is I only ordered one cookie😂

To be honest they had a new girl at the register, she was a little slow but very polite and scaredvof making a mistake on her first day. She took our order and delivered it with ease, the order was hot . She should make a great hostess one day.

There food was horrible never ever come here in your life I ate here and it gave me food poisoning and my kid burger had blood in it and when I tried to get a refund they said no and the manager is so rude and mean so if I was you I would not come here

Cashier Hispanic lady gave Bad customer service
Hell if I could have given it a -0. I came here this morning at 7:30am , not thinking that the lobby would be closed due to the hours of operation being plated on the door saying 7am. But , I arrive to the facility and of course it’s closed , the lady is just sitting on her phone in the lobby. I ask her what does the lobby open through the glass window she says signs to come through the drive thru. So I proceed to ask the same question and she points up 8 fingers. Why do you have a picture that says 7am but your staff at Wendy’s is saying another time frame. Please get this together due to people having to get to work as well. If I would’ve known that the lobby was closed ( no car btw) I wouldn’t have stopped and wasted my couple minutes. This is a problem. Another thing , your staff sucks. It doesn’t matter if you change them , train them , or replace them they suck ( esp in the morning). Food good though can at least say that.
