went for breakfast. took quite a bit to relieve food and wasn't even prepared correctly. biscuits were hard and missing cheese. muffin wasnt even warmed. now the iced cold cream coffee was only delicious part

Pulled in at 958pm for an online order, at 959pm the night manager lady told me to pull up it would be right out, no customers in front, no customers inside the store, i had to reverse at 1020 as no one had come out and the young cashier looked at the screen and started the order 😑😑 said to pull up it would be right out. This is a constant on fridays only fridays .

The bathrooms were the absolute worst I've ever seen!! Overflowed toilets all of them. Urine in trash cans and all over the entire floor. No toiletpaper at all but used toilet paper all over the urine and overflowed floor! I told the store next to it about it but they said it was Wendy's restroom.

My husband and I visited the Wendy's next to the Shell gas station, and overall, it was a pleasant experience! The staff was really friendly, and we appreciated that they checked in on us, even though they were quite busy. The place itself was clean and quiet, which was nice. Food: My burger's bun was cold, and the spicy nuggets were a little hard. Other than that everything was okay.

If I could give it 0 I would. Waited 10 plus minutes to place an order at 930pm. 3 workers just standing around doing nothing. They had ZERO customers there besides us. They kept saying the lady is coming to take our order but no one ever came. When we asked for the manager we were told that's who we were waiting on to take our order. She was in the bathroom. Ok, so why do we have to wait for someone to wipe their behind? Why can't one of you just take the order? Why make your customers WAIT for someone taking a bathroom break? None of it made sense. We will.never go back to this location. She said her general managers name is Sandra, my husband will.be calling her. This is unacceptable. I've never in my life seen a fast food establishment employee just ONE person to take every customers order while the others stand around and wait. Every employee must know how to take orders for situations like this, if one person isn't available the next employee steps in and takes the order.
Went over there had an online order got there. It was not done. Waited over there for like 35 minutes and the store was completely empty and it was by like 12 AM and after all the food was cold when I got it, worst experience ever
