stopped for breakfast and there was GLASS in my egg. when i heard the crunch i initially thought it must’ve been an eggshell but it was harder so i took a look at it and found a shard of glass in it

Never again and that manager was rude and disrespectful! The staff consisted of about 8 females that were all standing around talking laughing and being rude. Served cold food and when I took it back they made me another burger and still it wasn't hot. I complained of the soda dispenser being dirty the manager wouldn't have anyone clean it. Totally disgusted!
All this on the night of Hurricane Berryl.

Ladies in there behind the counter not letting the customers talk , tried to ask why I didn't get the extra nuggets in my Biggie bag . !! Makes this location trash and forget using the mobile app or rewards.. deleted my app SCANNER DON'T WORK. SO, NO POINTS!!

I went here for the first time to get a bucket of nuggets but they did not have it at this location so I requested a 4 for 4, they did not have those either. I settled on a different meal deal that was affordable and paid. I had a large order for 12 so it took a while. After receiving the order I noticed that the sauce was missing so I went back to the window to request the sauce and that's when I noticed that the manager was preparing the food with no gloves while eating bacon. I returned the food and got a refund. I will never go back to that location.

I ordered a bake potato with my combo paid extra and did not receive it. Instead they sent me a large frie. I didn't order a frie. I will never order from this location again it sucks.
