It has been multiple times that the drive-thru cashier Brenda gives me items I do not ask for. I have let her know and she got an attitude claiming I ordered the item when I know I didn't because I'm allergic. Does not listen and is really rude.

The food was horrible. It's like it was heated up in a microwave. The bun was hard as a rock. The meat was very dry. I ordered a double meat large meal and got a 1 meat burger medium meal, though my drink was large. I assume the meal I got was pre-made and they didn't want to go thru the hassle of making a double meat burger.
