Don't even know where to begin,1. The Frosty machine wasn't working2. They gave me no receipt3. The place was dirty and felt dirty4. The staff member looked lost and out of place5. The food is subpar and inconsistent. The staff is careless, they doubled charged my credit card months ago, and after trying everything to get a refund, I had to just concide. This place is lucky they are the only Wendy's in close proximity to my job.

Orders always wrong. You get stuff free from the Wendy’s app but if they don’t have they won’t substitute, even if they don’t have what you bought, they don’t know how to refund you. Terrible employee s.
