Whataburger offers a mixed dining experience. While some customers have had amazing experiences with friendly staff, others have faced issues with long wait times and forgotten orders. It's essential to double-check orders before leaving. The restaurant's cleanliness and parking facilities are a plus. The music in the dining area can be too loud, and customers have requested the volume to be lowered. However, the drive-thru experience has been smooth, with staff like Alejandra and Avin providing friendly and efficient service, even during busy times. Management is working to address any issues, and the overall service has improved, according to recent reviews.
