I came here a few weeks ago one evening hoping to order something and the cashier never acknowledged me or anything. He was just standing there by the fries and not saying anything like “I’ll be right with you sir!” When I said “excuse me” in order to get service, he just looked at me and turned his back. I waited for 10 minutes and he never said a word to me! Is this how you train your people? The manager needs to train the employees on excellent customer service! It wasn’t even busy and even if so he could have at least said he’ll be with me in a moment in a polite way! I’ve worked in customer service myself and I’ve always acknowledged the customer in a very professional manner! This place needs to do the same!
