Hotel was location of two multi-day courses that were very well supported by excellent staff and restaurant. The hotel's IHG website had some negative comments about "needing updates", but those reviews were written in 2020 and 2021. The facility is now clearly in the process of making those updates now. My room was clean (with daily housekeeping services) and bathroom was obviously updated, Bar and restaurant got thumbs up from course attendees. Location has convenient access from major highways and has many off-site optons for restaurants within 10 minutes.
Emely went above and beyond to accommodate guests concerns. My points as gold member were not reflected from previous stays. Ensured I got the right room and decent bed. Shaline also very helpful as manager.
