This place is inconsistent. Multiple times I have ordered SNAPPER soft and got another type of fish that was dry and tasted like chicken breast meat. I have paid too much money, and gave way too many chances. I'm done.

I order here all the time every-time be fresh.would give 5star for food being fresh buh just not today my fries was cold the lady @8pm already seemed like she had attitude with my whole order and slamming the widow really hard so I just went about my day buh I gained something no one told me don’t come here at night it’s not Hot and they have attitudes .

Hot fresh fried fish, fat juicy burgers, worth the wait, worth the trips. It's just worth it. Whales and seafood needs to be branches out more. I order two days in a row , yesterday’s order was a Philly cheese steak and it was amazing, today i ordered the same. Unfortunately I received soggy fries and ordered my baby a cheese burger as she was eating it I seen that there was no cheese . Confused how u write cheese burger on box but didn’t add the cheese. Spoke to the manager and he confirmed it was the person taken the order who told the cook no cheese. (Strange) but mistakes happen. When I called and spoke to the young lady who took my order she said okay I will tell the cook, I said um what are yall gonna do about my order? Thats when she put manager Romon on the phone. He said he will remake all the items that were messed up…. He gave me 5 star customer service… the young ladies weren’t rude but could use some more customer service training..
***also stop putting that white dust all over the food.
I have to say this was my first mess up with the establishment, I will continue to eat there but only if Alex or Ramon are the cooks . I will ask for my food well done, I don’t eat soggy fries.

Nothing bad to say there fried wings, and fried fish. It’s awesome. It’s something about their special house seasoning. That really gives everything. A great little zing and a nice taste. That’s very distinct one of my favorite late-night spots.

I was going here but after today that might change food was great but the service was bad I asked for extra whiting seasoning and they said they had to charge me for it and didn’t put extra on it & last night I got my garlic tonight I didn’t get anything but a incorrect order & I might have to start trying the other location. I finally get somebody else to try and try it and the 2 girls working up front didn’t even take the order due to laughing while taking the order then tried to charge me for a mistake they made while laughing the whole time they realize they messed up & then when I wanted to add the food they act as if they didn’t want to take the order like what? No manager stepped up or anything. Hopefully an older adult sees this & try & talk with them about how people feel about their food after a long day working.

It was a young lady that took my call and was in drive thru made me feel like I was bothering her by ordering on phone and customer service upon arriving wasn't better upon helping customers either. Just felt like I was bothering them and that was my first time at business. Lost a customer in the neighborhood.

Went tonight and I don’t know what kind of folks you hire. I ordered in the drive thru and about 5 cars was in front of me. I get to the window and the girl say what’s your order , I didn’t put it in , we were busy. Wth……. I’ll never come to this one again. I was so confused , I drove off . It’s the one that wears the bonnet always !
