I found hair in my taco & I asked no cream and when I told them so they can fix it, I SAW the cook in the back use his bare hands to take the crema out and I asked for my refund. That was disgusting

The cashier lied and took a tip knowing they didn’t have any more beans - she is always rude and racist. She laughed in my face. I’m not going to give my business to them any longer. She is always rude, dismissive, and communicates inaccurate information. The food truck has gone down hill over the years. Do not recommend.

I enjoy the food they prepare but the staff who take your order and pass your food are rude and barely speak English. If you don’t know Spanish, it’s pretty hard to communicate your order. They are also extremely strict/stingy on extra salsa. I shouldn’t have to debate with someone for extra salsa at a food truck. Especially when I order over 7 tacos and received 2 salsa(one red, one green). I wouldn’t mind paying for extra if that was an available option. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and have recently been having this problem. Overall they have lost my business because there are plenty of other businesses that will serve you with open arms.

Bad service!

The tacos are good. The flavor of the meat is really good but they didn’t make sure each taco had toppings. It is a bit greasy, but the flavor makes up for it. These tacos after a few drinks, chefs kiss. However they are STINGY w/ sauces and limes. The sauces are half full and limes sliced in cubes. Like, How much are limes and sauce costing them? No napkins…but a solid taco truck you will come back to.

food is bad, RUDE RUDE RUDE, So much attitude to all the customers. High expensive prices for tiny portions and bad food. Been here twice and have gotten food poisoning both. Unhygienic interior as well you can even tell from outside the truck. Theyre so stingy and the service is horrible i cannot stress that enough.

The only reason this review has 1 star is because the tacos are sooooooo good (I get fajita on corn tortilla with onions, cilantro, cheese & avocado, but still good without avocado), but the customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!! And have the nerve to charge you $1 for cheese (on a taco, not to mention), $1 for avocado, $1 for sour cream, AND refuse to give you fresh onions (on a street taco ??‍♀️), only grilled! For meat and cilantro only, the taco is $3!Same guy every time taking the orders and lets just say he's not the best when it comes to customer service. I've been 4 times and had a bad experience every time! And I believe I'm one of the nicest ppl on earth! Lol. I was so happy to learn they had other locations, so now I'm going to try the one on Richmond/Dunvale. Even though the tacos are super delicious, I refuse to give my money to a business that is okay with bad customer service, and like for no reason...it's a shame. Anyway, can't knock the tacos though! ?
