I've taken a long break from this place, hoping it would get better. To no avail. They seem to be even slower. 2 items ordered through the app and I came late to pick it up. Still an over 20 minute wait. This is pitiful.

First a woman was very rude and rushing in the drive thru. Then the wait for service was unnecessarily extended. The young man in the drive thru was courteous about the wait as well as the drink issue. There is a line on the cup if you want the $5 prickly pear drink that it gets filled to without ice. I was told by Martha who was equally unnecessarily rude about refunding and exchanging the drink out. She kept saying it was difficult and she did not know the price difference. The time and energy it took for what should have been a simple transaction is not appreciated over 2 ounces of liquid. Please do better in the future.

N/A “BIGSLIM”

Everything about this location is terrible! That evening shift is horrible, from the mangers to the crew members. They gave cook in the back with no hat/ hair nat, beard guard. Everybody just standing there wandering around. God forbid your order not right they catch the attitude. This location needs a revamp. My next step is contacting the BBB and filing a formal complaint.

I went through the drive thru at 530am. They the nerve to tell me that they don't make coffee until 6am. I left didn't order anything. This crazy!!!
