The manager on duty and the lady at the window were very nasty and rude. I wanted to add a fry and drink to my order. I was told I had to go back around and get in line again. I had already been in line I know a good 15 minutes. I didn’t even get the chicken sandwich that I ordered. Bad attitude

This location shows that the lobby closes at midnight for pickup. But everytime I go to pick up my food, the lobby is closed. 11:53, 11:50: 11:47.. they are closed. Tonight I got there at 11:50 and, surprise, they were closed for pickup. I called and asked what time the lobby closes for pick up and she stated 12. Then I said I was there to pick.up my food and if someone could bring it to the door and she stated that I need to go through the drive thru. She said that they were closed early due to an emergency in the lobby. The food is good and employee interaction is fine...it's just this constant early closing of the lobby for pick up that causes me to rate it two stars. I get 30 minutes for lunch when at LBJ but they cause me to wait a large majority of my time in the drive thru when they should be open for pick up. It's very frustrating.

Waiting in line behind another customer, and they brought my food out and about time the customer in front of me got their food I was done eating my food and then I had to back out the drive thru because they messed up their order.
