On a busy Friday night, everyone was still friendly and polite. I watched the manager handle some very unreasonable customers with grace and patience despite the escalation over an eight minute wait for food when there was an obvious line ahead of their order.

I ordered through the app; a burger, onion rings, and a shake. It took me about 10 minutes to get there and my food was ready and waiting for me. BUT, they intelligently did NOT make my shake until I arrived. So, it was served frozen and fresh and not watery and melted like it would have been if they had fixed it with the food. Intelligence should be rewarded and this positive, 5 star review, is a small reward but sincere. Thank you!!

I understand that drive-thrus get busy, but there’s no excuse to have both lanes open when they’re unable to attend the second lane.
