If I could leave 0 stars I would. Online says they’re open 24 hrs. I sat in the line for 15 minutes waiting for any kind of response. And nothing. This place. Needs to update their schedule so people like myself could correspond. I wish they could update their google account and make things right.
They have great burgers and I can’t enjoy it.
Unfortunately they don’t don’t have the the audacity to make things right. Don’t ever come here if you’re Hungry and looking for a juicy burger.

Waited almost 30 min to receive my order. I guess am the only one who had ordered fries and not the 7 that passed after me. Or mabey they could only make one at a time.

There are 3 Whataburgers within ten minutes of each other and this is the worst one. The team is not on the same page as far as what the online order/pickup procedure is, and instead of getting on the same page they waste your time and try to blame you for their dysfunction, instead of arguing with me about making me go inside for the order make sure your employees outside don't send me in the wrong direction, the guy outside was so rude, save yourself the headache and go to any of the other VERY CLOSE locations or Chick-fil-A, this location is a mess. Food is soggy and cold by the time they figure it out.

How hard is it to make sure an order is correct. I say no picked. You mark it no pickle. And then I bite into a damn pickle. You don’t give me any ketchup at all after asking me if I want spicy or regular, and I respond regular. Ranch for my wings that i paid for, also missing. Soda also was flat. Whataburger QC is slipping hard and fast.

i specifically asked for an extra strip and i didnt get one on both meals and i was missing a toast on one of the meals, i also ordered a dr pepper and it tasted like water, horrible experience.

This was not my normal Whataburger that I go to because I'm not in my neighborhood but because of me driving for Uber I had to stop and use the restroom. The restroom ar locked just to customrs which I truly appreciate because as soon as I walked into the restroom I was like wow-it is super clean and smelled fresh after that I of course got a bite to eat right now I'm not doing too well for my feet because of gout issues so I'm happy they offer meals with Chicken vs Beef which I have to steer clear of to avoid thos Gout Flar Ups. (overall I love the fact that they always seem to have some kind of offer or a great coupon available but makes life a little bit easier when you're needing to budget) The food is always great atmosphere is welcoming and inviting and they always have enough condiments to suit your preferences

Go through the drive-through and they will refuse to take your order at the menu. Then when I pull forward, it’s just me and another car in the drive-through. I wait there for five minutes they look at me through the window and then they stand off in the corner where I can’t see them so I go inside and stand at the counter and three or four employees walk by they don’t say anything to me. I stand at the counter for maybe three minutes and nobody comes out to serve me. To be honest, I have a problem every time I come to this Whataburger, but today was the worst I’ve ever I don’t know what Whataburger policy is, but y’all need to get this situated soon. There is nothing positive about the experience here the service is no good. The food is no good. The attitude is terrible.
