The food was cold. Some of the fries were raw. They gave me unsweet tea when I ordered sweet. The sprite had a strange chemical taste. The toast was burned. I went to get food to eat super early May 27th because we lost power. It was definitely not worth the $35 worth of food. Severely disappointed

The service was great it went by pretty fast but a bit disappointing that they got my order wrong all of it sadly I got both burgers wrong and the drinks weren’t correct either.

So we ended up here on a Friday night after a graduation, because everything was closed! And we've been here before and had no problems! But this time, it was packed, so you can expect the food to be hot and ready, but the employees were running around as if they had no clue what they were doing, from management to the pee ons, the order took an hour! The whole order was completely wrong! And it took them four tries to attempt to get it right! Now I understand if there's only like five people working and they're under staffed, but I counted like 15 people back there and everyone had an attitude, and couldn't get anything right! And then management was back there scratching there head back there and then touching the food! I stood there and watch them!🤦 I love Whataburger! One of our go to places for a decent burger! But this place needs to get it together! It makes Whataburger look bad!

Fast service at drive-thru, great service, great food.
This location needs to retrain their staff or put different people in the drive thru lane. I came here because the drive thru line was shorter than chikfila thinking it was going to take me 10 minutes or less but I sat there in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I was rushed to order and then waited almost 10 minutes for a car In front of me to get 1 bag of food. I finally get to the window and my drinks are bagged but I’m pulled to the front to wait on my order. 2 meals and 2 kids meals. Which took another 10-15 minutes. When I finally got my food there was no ketchup in the bag. No cheese on my sandwich that I paid extra for and the fries were cold. Also, please be sure to check your sodas throughout the day. The Coke Zero we had, had a cleaning product after taste so I’m not sure if the coke flavor was needing to be replaced or if the machine was cleaned out the night before but something wasn’t right. Please also have your designated people to each drive thru lane. You had two girls that kept crossing over between lane 1 and 2 getting confused on whose order to take and whose food belonged to who. Definitely not a pleasant experience and do not recommend coming here if you’re needing to get in and out of somewhere.
